  1. Past hour
  2. Ah I hope you do. It's horrible losing pets. My last two cats I'd had them both from kittens, they were 12, followed me everywhere, and went within 6 weeks of one another. That was absolutely shite. This one was definitely different cos we've only had her 15 months and she was quite an aloof cat who kept herself to herself. Still sad though cos she'd had an absolutely crap start to her life elsewhere and was loving it here. But it's made me think about one day having to take the dog on that last trip to the vet, and I can't even get my head around the idea of it. He's only 4 at the minute so it's a long way off hopefully. Anyway, I hope you get yourselves another dog, it's mad how much they fill up your life.
  3. Apart from highlighting what wrong uns they are you have to wonder what else they’ve been up to. It also highlights quite a serious issue where people just keep committing crime if there’s zero repercussions, even like here where there’s been evidence from witnesses etc. and police involvement.
  4. Tim Sherwood on Villa's transfers: 'No one has had a better January than that ever'. They signed two players on loan who have five goals and four assists between them. Maybe he wants to take a look at Newcastle January 2022 for a better window.
  5. It’s such a stupid argument. Botman didn’t jump because he didn’t need to jump to head the ball. If he jumped, he’d have had to dip his head forward and down to head the ball and Jackson still would’ve elbowed him in the face. As far as I’m concerned Jackson saw the ball long enough to judge the flight of it, peaked at Botman to size him up, then looked away and aimed his elbow where he expected Botman’s head to be based on his judgment of the flight of the ball. Warnock and co. seem to think that Botman’s “natural” behaviour would’ve been to jump and wear the ball in the throat followed by getting elbowed in the sternum by that fuckin stupid cunt of a striker. WTF is right.
  6. Yeah ours was much the same when the wee fella went. We’ve started having next doors jackapoo overnight, fairly certain we’ll have another hound by the end of the year…
  7. "They're very good at that, they make you play at their level." You fucking wish you could play at our level, you stubbly nonce.
  8. And if we DO mark the fuck out of Saka all game and we beat them, Arteta will cry foul ... "they won't let us have the ball!"
  9. Talking to the Arsenal fan at work (thinks Arteta is a bell) and he says Timber and Rice likely out and Trossard came off with an injury v Liverpool. Reckons Martinelli will probs play striker and Nwaneri or Sterling on left
  10. Thank you, appreciate it. 👍 Just got her ashes back which the wife arranged yesterday. I had to pay the fella when he dropped them off - £225 ya fucker!
  11. 39 years old Must have done his paper round in Kabul!

  14. Aye, hamstring according to this… https://www.football.london/arsenal-fc/news/declan-rice-injury-truth-revealed-31622242.amp
  15. Here's the actual quote cos the Chronicle didn't bother to provide it. “It's about the consistency,” Arteta said. “At the highest level, we can compete against any team and we have shown that now for the last two or three seasons. Against the top six, I think we haven't lost any single game — so that tells you as a team we are very, very consistent and can compete with anybody."
  16. BTW was chatting to a Gooner in the pub last night and he said it's almost certain Rice won't be playing on Sunday. They also won't have Merino.
  17. Aye, Howe will be pissing his seeing that. Man Utd still haven’t recovered from Ten Hag’s disastrous interview before the home game up here two years ago. That shit from Arteta is the exact kind of thing he should be avoiding when his team are fragile atm
