cheers for the insight Adrian. I heard it was a players mutiny that got Pardew sacked, worrying indeed. Lots of rumours about him and players wives going back years as well. Ages ago a West Ham fan mate told me about this and that they sang songs about it, I didn’t take much notice at the time though. I wonder if his credentials were ever checked out, or is it just a case of “he seemed all right when we were in the casino” guesswork again? How many people from this casino has Ashley employed at the club now?

shocked and angry here like, after hearing the Pardew rumours over the last few weeks I dismissed them as being rediculous. got to keep the powder dry about who it will be ‘on a different level’ than Hughton — for now.
