I'd agree he is droppable, when it comes off for him it's good to watch, when he tries to be World Cup star and take everyone on, (for whatever reason), it's painful to watch and exasperating. Some players react to getting dropped by trying to prove the manager wrong and I suspect Ben Arfa will do this. If he does then arguably the decision to drop him works. Plus it puts the onus on the rest to step up.

You never know, in a daft way might put the onus on the rest to something rather than rely on Ben Arfa to do it. We've a decent record v Cardiff.

I did the same as SLP and it worked for me, kept resting my knee, it kept flaring back up after 1 or 2 miles and I had to stop. Was referred to a physio who unfortunately was too male to be called Candy but he did nail the problem straight away, told me it wasn't my knee, was a muscle that runs from the hip down and was given exercises to stretch it as it was awkward to stretch the muscle if you didn't know about it. He was spot on I've never had bother with it since.

I'm sure a club the size of Rangers with their global support will have no trouble getting enough signatures for their petition without needing other clubs fans to help them.
