I see your point, but for me Essien is far more talented than being just a holding midfielder. Agreed, he's nowhere near Essien's capabilities - if he was, he'd be playing for one of the top 4. He's certainly got similar attributes in respect of the holding midfield role though.

I heard his mate MVB got him the tickets - whatta guy that bloke is, would do anything for anyone.

I had this about a year or so ago on wireless and couldn't work out for the life of me what was going on. Wired connections seemed fine and the games consoles were connecting through no problem. In the end, someone suggested it was a wirless channel conflict and that others in my street with the same ISP as me were probably connecting via wireless on the same channel (it's set to auto assign by default). I moved mine out to a static non standard (channel 6) I think and it's not given me an ounce of trouble since.

Bunch of fucking puffs moaning about the spray like - I agree the resin on the newly laid surface was a problem but they're fucking professional racing drivers FFS. Hamilton should have been awarded the victory just for saying "lets get on with it". Diabolical that he was on his own. I take my hat off to Mark Webber as well. Quite how he hasn't punched the shit out of Marko, Horner & Vettel is beyond me - they're more into that jumped up little German shitehawk than Ferrari were with Schumacher all those years ago. Like they were with Irvine in '99, they seem hell bent on the opposition waltzing in and taking the title than let the team mate of boy-wonder walk off with it. Utter cunts. I've been backing Webber for the title right up until today but I seriously hope Alonso takes it now so Horner can explain to the world how he fucked it up. Button's dream is dead and will have to get behind Lewis (which of course he will do). Hamilton will only take it now if the other two fuck up at one of the events (always possible).

Aye. The longer the exposure the longer you let light through the lens. Sorry, didn't mean it as a question, more of a suggestion.

Barton on the right was inspired today. Instead of doing what many feared and dropping inside, he whipped in some telling balls and was heavily responsible for both goals. Nolan never plays better for us than when he's playing just off the strikers - certainly was that way last season. The introduction of Tiote who plays a holding midfield role similar to Essien & Makalele is giving Nolan the freedom to move forward more. Simpson was caught a few times today but it was his first game back. However we can't lose sight of the fact that for 70 minutes today, West Ham were utter garbage. Rather than being ecstatic that we beat them, I'm more relieved that we didn't drop points against someone who deserved fuck all from the game.

Second one is considerably better than the first. Crater definition is clearer. See what you mean by it's still not perfect though. Just a thought but do you increase the exposure to let more light in?

We'll sneak this

Bet you never suffered the embarassment of doing that when you were in charge of the armada, did you Rob?

Portsmouth administrators reveal club debts of £120m
shackbleep replied to Sonatine's topic in Newcastle Forum
That test has only been around as a result of the carry on with Pompey earlier this year, has it not? Gaydamak owned the club between 2006 and 2009 I believe... -
Peter Beardsley isn't management material Tom. Seriously. He isn't Perhaps not, but his wife might be. he may have been a great player - who played for the Toon when we had the title firmly in our sights and gave it a serious shot [ahem] - but management material he is not. Many a person said the same thing about Keegan pre-92. Different sorts of people though, both great players but I don't recall Beardo being a media darling like Kev was. Keegan was out the game for 8 years though, wouldn't have a clue, etc... Who's to say Pedro would be a shit manager? None of us, that's for sure!

Absolute shyster of epic proportions that fella Gaydamak. Have mates who are Pompey fans who literally haven't got a fucking clue what they're going to do now their club has been ripped away from them - a club of course that's made it to the FA Cup final twice in the last three years. Feel so sorry for the poor bastards -
Did that Mackem twat with the 'sponsored' Nissan right afterwards seriously suggest Sunderland is bigger than Newcastle?

Paddy Power have opened a book on the next NUFC manager. The favourite??? Alan Pardew

Man United's ambition must have changed markedly in the last 48 hours. For ambition of course, read 'willingness to pay over the odds.... -

Love the way the national rags are referring to him as 'former Chelsea coach'. Seems to be only our local media who make reference to him starting his coaching career with us - presume that's another example of shite journalism
