1. If they did sell him the fee would dwarf that which we got for him.
2. Not a snowball's chance in hell.
3. I totally disagree with the criticism of Parker, he has been outstanding this season, but what I would say is, that the style of game today suited Bowyer to a T, and he made it count with his goal and his overall productivity, Bowyer's biggest problem for me is that he lacks constancy, Parker on the other hand is a different kind of player to Bowyer but is far more reliable week after week than Bowyer.
4. Boumsong on the bench, N'Zogbia back in the starting lineup Newcastle S Given, S Carr, P Ramage, C Moore, R Elliott, N Solano, L Bowyer, B Emre, C N'Zogbia, A Shearer, S Ameobi, i Subs: S Harper, J Boumsong, A Faye, L Clark, M Chopra, Tottenham P Robinson, S Kelly, M Dawson, A Gardner, Y Lee, J Jenas, M Carrick, E Davids, A Lennon, R Keane, A Mido, Subs: R Cerny, P Stalteri, D Murphy, J Defoe, T Huddlestone, Ref: M Dean
5. Parker or Taylor in my opinion.
6. A History of violence Without question the longest 96mins of my life, what a turkey of a movie ! Viggo Mortensen puts in one of the most wooden performances it has ever been my misfortune to witness. The dialog is straight out of the George Lucas school of minamalism and could have been writen by a 5 yearold, the plot is predictable and disapointing. AVOID !!
7. Its the commercial value of the players not their transfer value.
8. Agreed, that makes no sense whatsoever.
9. I love Withnail & I, its one of my favourite movies of all time, it has got so many brilliant quotes.
10. Ronaldinho is the most commercially valuable football player in the world, according to a new study. The Barcelona ace, 26, is worth £32.6m, more than English duo David Beckham (£31.2m) and Wayne Rooney (£30.4m), who are second and third respectively. Full list: 1 Ronaldinho (Barcelona) £32.6m 2 David Beckham (Real Madrid) £31.2m 3 Wayne Rooney (Manchester United) £30.4m 4 Samuel Eto'o (Barcelona) £21.3m 5 Lionel Messi (Barcelona) £21.1m 6 Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Juventus) £20.9m 7 Ronaldo (Real Madrid) £20.4m 8 Frank Lampard (Chelsea) £20m 9 Thierry Henry (Arsenal) £19.95m 10 Michael Ballack (Bayern Munich) £19.9m 11 Steven Gerrard (Liverpool) £19.2m 12 Raul (Real Madrid) £18.9m 13 Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid) £18.8m 14 Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United) £18.6m 15 Didier Drogba (Chelsea) £18.3m 16 Alessandro Del Piero (Juventus) £12.9m 17 Ryan Babel (Ajax Amsterdam) £12.6m 18 Ruud van Nistelrooy (Manchester United) £12.1m 19 Lukas Podolski (Cologne) £11.3m 20 Andriy Shevchenko (AC Milan) £9.9m
11. Certainly Stuart shows great potential, but I'll reserve judgement until I've seen him over achieve, he hasn't made his own team, he hasn't won promotion against all odds, he's maintained Man City's success rather than created it himself, I'm a big fan of Pearce, he shows the spirit that all of us would want to see in a manager of both our club and nation.
12. I had Glandular fever about 10 years ago, and really sympathise for anyone who gets it, I had to have 3 months off work and was bed bound for about 3 weeks, makes you feel like your limbs are made of lead, no energy and lifeless. maybe Shola should be tested too.....
13. Hmmmm there's a few for the wankbank there !
14. Had two weeks in a Jeet near Nante in north west France last year, private pool, very secluded in the middle of the French countryside, would definetly do it again at the drop of a hat, planning to do it again next summer.

Souness

Shit manager who's poor decisions bit him on the arse.
16. Less embarrassing to try before you buy tbh. 111665 Crack one out in the Newsagents? No wonder WH Smiths banned porn. 111671 Huh, that was SO last week !
17. Some find Leazes. So Dalglish was after him as well? He would have been worth every penny like if his time at Arsenal is to go buy. 111520 Can't recall Keegan being after either tbh, although when we played Metz, Pires was definitely in our spotlight at the time. Maybe Keegan did, but it have made Henry about 17 or 18 at the most. Which is why I went looking but this is all I can find. 111521 Probably my memory playing tricks. Could have sworn we were after Henry, he would have been about 17/18 at the time aye, he ws playing for Monaco at 16 I think. Again, could be wrong though. We were linked to that many players during the KK years. 111524 I'm convinced we were too, back when him and Trezeguet were both at Monaco.
