Decent dvd? Although I love the guy, I'm not often a one for live show dvds. I've got the RAH show and an AC/DC blu ray which are both epic, but only watched each of them once!

Add the away game at Old Trafford, Liverpool and Ben Arfa's goal today and I can't think of much more. Out of those, Cabaye's free kick maybe edges it, just for the ridiculousness of trying it at that range and executing it so perfectly, and it coming in that game where we were so much better than them. It seemed such a while since we could have said something like that.

Pard's interview is on the bbc now. I like how he's basically calling trying to qualify for champs league a bit of fun, taking the pressure off. Hopefully Chelsea and Spurs will now feel it.

Cracking result. Pretty nervous for parts of it, but good to see our slightly patched up (in places) team pull through. Echo the sentiments about Perch, really pleased he's turning it round (note, not turned, not yet anyway). Apart from Cisse's second ridiculous finish (what a goal), best moment of the game was Cab's first touch pass to put Cisse through for the first. Absolute gem of a pass.

Don't they have that Damien Comolli chap for transfers as well? As much as I'd hate to take the blame away from "the king", he needs to take some of the flak from the dippers. But yeah, hopefully they will continue to buy utter dross and fall away for a while.

Was so nervous about this one before the game, particularly with Perch and Williamson at the back. But what a game! Perch, that boy loves his slide tackles doesn't he? Laughing my head off at Reina, but still, don't really like it when players go down like that. Cabs did it early with Suarez as well. Guess its against Liverpool though! Thought Tiote was class today as well, which probably helped out the back 4 quite a bit. Thought Bellamy might turn up a bit more than he did though. Great bit of quality from Ben Arfa and Cisse, nice goals. Good on you DutchRed coming on here straight away like that though.

I'm really not doing very well in this thread am I? That sounds awesome! Stuff I've seen of Tal all looks pretty good really, it just made me wonder a bit how he'd change things with having a different guy there. On the subject of drummers though, John Fred is an absolute beast. Drum solo into drum solo with his fists. Mentalist.
