    Posted a bit about being depressed every now and again a couple of weeks ago and probably undersold how bad it was. Used it as a bit of a first step in a way to see how it would be to actually admit it to myself, and see how the reaction would be in a place where (no disrespect ) it really didn't matter. The responses were great and helped me build up the courage to admit I might have a problem to my family and friends. Going to a regular drop in session now and feeling a lot better already for it all not being in my head. So thanks for all those that responded and I encourage anyone else who's struggling through anything to just tell someone, anyone about it. Even strangers online to start off with. Anyway, continue

    Every now and again, I'll get 5 day streaks where all I want to do is stay in bed, turn the lights off and sleep. Not see anyone or do anything. Properly depressed, for no logical reason, I can't put my finger on what sets it off. Maybe once every 3-4 months or so. Is this just normal? Or is it something I need to look at, maybe see a gp over? I always know it'll pass, and the rest of the time I'm perfectly happy. It's really confusing and frustrating me.

    Wish this was all just a reality show. I actually enjoy all this stuff from Trump, find it entertaining. Would be telling all my friends about this great new show. And he's an interesting character to listen to. I wonder how many people voted just because they think he's funny? Still hasn't really clicked that this is all for realsies.

    Generally avoid trailers as a rule so the gags were fresh and just knew it was a Seth Rogan comedy, but pixar style. Delivered on what I expected and thought some of the personality of the items were actually quite clever.

    From his point of view he's got about 5 good years left. Maybe had it in his mind to play very well for palace and get another move in the summer to a top 6 type club while getting another pay increase and signing on fee to boot. Plus Rafa could walk at anytime if ashley does something daft.

    It felt real and the style was very unique at the time. Really well made. But I've no doubt it won't seem fresh or unique anymore. The style was a big part of the appeal and it's been done again and again now.

    Yeah it was definitely good at the time. Seeing things like that and paranormal activity need to be viewed in a cinema full of twitchy shriekers to really got the full effect anyway. Watch on a laptop or tv and you lose a lot of the immersion.

    Would probably get more people coming if you were just honest about it. I'm not going to the game but if I was I'd be more likely put off than come in based on this sort of malarkey. No problem with an honest landlord advertising his place.

    Think they'll be fine again. It's easy to look at games and say 'they'll only get x points max' but they could get surprising results anywhere. Still a very long way to go.
