Im not entirely sure what that has to do with what I said?

Man u have shown that game time alone is not particularly useful for developing players abilities or stock. A young striker should be looking at opportunities to improve and we're one of the best talent improving teams in the league over the last few seasons. Man u and chelsea can offer him money but not the other two things on recent evidence, we're a better option than either. Arsenal would probably be the number one spot for him since they really need a first choice forward and can offer him all of the above but I'd put us in second place, especially if we have CL football next season.
-
Moreso than man u or chelsea?

Got a new amp, one thats been on the want list for quite a lot of years by now. Figured I should get a family photo before I sell the kids to get some money back!

Its so fucking good. Same daft janky game from 2006 but it looks pretty. 10/10
-
Well, we're playing ipswich so our form away at brighton isnt too much of a concern for me this week.

CL is massive because of the money and what it means for our prospects of signing/keeping talent. Europa or ECL are big because they're winnable, just look at Spurs and Man U this season, 14th and 16th in the league and in the semi finals of the Europa league. West Ham were a one man team that nearly got relegated in the season they won the ECL. Only getting ECL at this point would be a ridiculous let down but it'd still be a laugh next season.

Aye it'll be interesting what Villa do this summer, they probably can't afford to keep Rashford or Asensio permanently and they've been huge for them since January.

He's Poped his clogs.

In a stunning turn of credit he spent his last day on earth deliberately ignoring JD vance, sending a cardinal to meet him and lecture him on compassion instead. Then he died. Brilliant, top Poping right there.

It was largely out of necessity and no one liked it. I did think about it but I ended up posting on the Patreon and most of the members were asleep while I was fixing stuff so it didn't matter too much. As a note, you dont have to be a paying patron to see the patreon posts.

tbh It might be handy as a backup but I wouldn't want us to change platform unless we really really had to, I like the old school-ness of this place and the format works for the relatively chaotic discussion style here. Discord would be a fuckin shitshow without a lot of pre-setup. While catastrophising today I have thought about this a lot and landed on the idea that if TT was dead I would rather build a completely new forum than move to discord or reddit or whatever.

Yeah, it'd save me a headache for sure
-
Its fine but the formattings not the same.
-
Aye thats what Ive had in mind, I'll look into it

tbh I don't know exactly, was talking to the guys who provide our servers and hosting and whatnot and they thought it was very strange too, for all intents and purposes everything looked fine but the board was very clearly dead. Ended up reverting the config to a backup taken a week ago and we're back to seemingly normal.
-
Updates were put on the patreon. But aye a backup of some sort might be a good idea.
-
Following our unexpected outage the other day, and a few people saying they didn't know where to look for updates I thought I ought to update the OP here with where you can check if the board isn't working. Status Updates; For quick updates on what is happening check the patreon, you do not need to be a patron to see these posts; https://www.patreon.com/ToontasticNet Backup board; Discord, we're keeping this private so no invite link will be posted publicly, if you want access to this then DM any of the mods and we'll send the invite like directly to you. See Rayvins post here; Original Post; Sorry about that chaps, it seems some of our config got itself in a mess of its own accord and stuffed the board up for a while there! The folks who host our servers were very helpful and we're back online. I can't promise this won't happen again as I essentially had to restore the config from a week old backup but if it does I am much better equipped now to deal with it much more quickly. As you were.

Reverse Fixtures of our run in; 3-0 win at home to villa 4-0 win away at ipswich 1-0 loss at home to brighton 2-1 loss away at chelsea 1-0 win at home to arsenal 0-0 away at everton Those two losses came before the change in midfield and when we were in that absolutely dreadful to watch run in Sept/Oct. We are absolutely cruising to this CL spot.

With the combination of physicality and technique he's been showing he's the leagues next De Bruyne for me.

I'd imagine Eddie is in some level of private care and they may have gone for keeping him in in order to get him right that much quicker. Otherwise you're leaving the self-confessed football obsessive, 12+ hour day working middle aged man to not say "ah yeah I'm alright" and get back to work.
