trying to find another one of these Anywhere at the moment, Taylor and/or Besty want to buy mine off me but I have no idea what to charge them for it since they are apparently rarer than anything else on the fucking internet.

Flitting between a lot of different things at the moment until I get something new to play (fifa basically) Witcher, DAI, anythings thats free on EA Access, the trial of Rory Mcilroy PGA tour, which is actually decent. Only a few days until fifa though thankfully.

I don't think they have but they never seem to enforce it, though I can only think of Chelsea who have tried it in high profile ways lately and they obviously don't get punished by the FA

Even with that in mind, if they don't bring cases like this against potential violations of whatever trademarks/branding they hold it can lead to any future, more blatant, rip offs being thrown out as the club have not shown a desire to uphold their trademarks in the past. Happens a lot in the tech/games industry, King Games, who make Candy Crush, sent out a raft of spurious cases last year on anything that said "candy" (even tried to legally trademark the word) without a hope in hell of actually winning any of the cases so they could demonstrate in future that they protect the trademarks they do have. Google are doing similar at the moment trying to stop "googling" something becoming a standard, recognised, term for any internet search as, if that is successfully argued in court at any point they will lose their trademarks.

Do you reckon Van Gaal will relent to playing De Gea until January though? It's clear Romero is not up to being first choice and Valdes is just not going to play. If DDG won't play or Van Gaal won't play him they need a better keeper.

tbh if we sell Williamson and Dummet today with no one coming in that will not be good for us. regardless of Willo being pretty crap he is at least a defender and occasionally resembles one when playing. I don't fancy a season with Janmaat, Mbemba, Colo, Taylor and Hairdara as our entire defence.
