Massive, massive shame. He seems like such a nice bloke. I'm gutted for him.

Work nights out inevitably end up there...by which point I'm usually "waiting for my taxi" in Aspers...

'Cause they're a fucking numpty who doesn't understand the game. The bloke who shouts "get it wide" being the case in point.

You wonder what possesses someone to dribble a football for a distance. What a ridiculous charity though. Of all the things deserving of money, a charity whose sole purpose is to donate footballs to Brazilian kids is silly. Is there really such a chronic shortage of footballs in Brazil that they need to set up a charity to address it?

Watched the Jim Jefferies gig that is on the Virgin On Demand service. Funny as fuck. I saw him live in Whitley Bay a few years ago and had forgot how good he was.

There's no smoke without fire. If the club wants to sell players, they can quite easily get the word in via various agents and drum up interest. -

Oh aye, the buck certainly stops with him. If these sort of articles become commonplace on the SD News site then we can happily point the finger. -

And the infirm, for whom a crowd based exit would be very risky (and they can't just hang about until the crowds clear for fear of pissing themselves)

Do you honestly think Mike Ashley is sat in some little office having a go at being editor of a sports news website? He probably didn't find out about this one until well after the event. -

He hasn't. He really hasn't. There's been plenty of times he could have stripped some assets. Other than Carroll, which was a ridiculous sum of money for an average player, we've held on to players and renewed contracts. The biggest failure, which is openly admitted by the club, is that we haven't seen deals through to the end. We courted Remy for over a year, then got complacent when we thought the deal was in the bag. The money was on the table and available to spend but we fucked it up. This is naivety, inexperience and a level of incompetence from Llambias, who is the chief negotiator. It'll be interesting to see how things go in the summer with regard to transfers. We've had some deals that all seemed to go our way and we've had some that have been pulled from under us at the last minute. I wonder if lessons have been learned. -
Au contraire. It should be documented and pinned up on the wall as a reminder to the players of what they've been through and what they must not let happen again.

The camp is split! They clearly don't get on with each other. See how Luke Edwards can spin this one.
