  1. I doubt it'll teach him anything. He will brush it off, pretend it was nothing and carry on with his fake celebrity lifestyle. Danny Simpson is a prized tool. I'd happily drive him to QPR when he finally leaves (although he will have to sit in the back with the child locks on)
  2. Tiote is a class act. Like it's been said, he's at his best when he can focus on the defensive side, leaving Cabaye and Sissoko to drive it forwards. Perch is an able backup, but when Tiote is fit, he should start every time.
  3. Cisse's movement and off the ball work was staggeringly good. He worked his knackers off. I wouldn't expect Sissoko to score so regularly - he managed one goal in his last 38 games for Toulouse.
  4. Tiote, Cabaye and Sissoko would be brilliant. Tiote has to come in for Perch.
  5. I hope that is the case. However Sissoko's ability as a footballer doesn't suddenly make Fellaini shit.
  6. Fellaini is ridiculously strong in the air, has a brilliant finish on him, can pass with the best of them, has immense stamina and puts himself about. He's everything you want in a midfielder.
  7. Fellaini is a quality player. He's a sly, dirty bastard, but he's quality.
  8. It's shocking how many "fans" like that there are in SJP.
  9. Pricks like that are worth having for moments like that
  10. There's no benefit to Beckham's pocket of donating to charity, regardless of any tax relief. The only one to benefit from tax relief is the charity itself. David Beckham is donating his salary to charity. That's all there is to it. There's no tax legislation that would make him better off by giving money away.
  11. That was a good assist, that one against Villa. Impressive stuff.
  12. Reminds me of when people start sentences with "I'm not a racist, but..."
  13. Donating his salary to charity shouldn't be knocked. It's a canny gesture.
  14. Corners in general are a poor source of assists for most teams. I'd honestly rather see us play it short.
  15. To be fair, we only scored one goal from a corner last season.
  16. Ashley wouldn't miss a chance to mess up a deal for Dave Whelan
  17. Anita really is a bonafide midget.
  18. You end up being over-run in midfield, meaning one of your centre backs ends up stepping out to support. In which case you might as well play a midfielder there and be done with it.
  19. It may well work, who knows? I've always found teams with a back five find it much harder to spring an offside trap, whereas with a back four it's easier to control.
  20. What "skills" are you looking for in said fullback?
