There is no way in world he became Manager of Newcastle in 1992, because I arrived in Belgium in 1986 and I watched my first game of Newcastle playing. It wasn't long after that we played against Man U that was when we beat them 5-0.

I find it difficult why would he come to us, he seems to have a strong personality which I feel would clash with Ashley and Co. I wouldn't say no to him, Keegan was just as inexperienced when he took over. So yeah anybody would be better than Carver, I think the sticking point would be, he'd want his own staff.
