Thanks mate. Sorry, wasn't trying to give anyone the impression she's on death's door or anything. She's in for emergency tests today. Her BP is insanely high apparently (like, systolic >250 mmHg). That's a worry for me too as I have verfy high BP (although it seems to be mainly white coat hypertension as all the tests on my heart/kidneys etc are all okay). It's just over the last decade or bit longer, the first week in January I have lost count how many times I've helped family out with medical crises, seem to live in Cramlington/RVI/Freeman. A lot of it is, I'm sure, directly as a result of the close proximity we have at Xmas (virus spread) and the fucking stress Xmas inevitably brings. I mean I am no Grinch, but BAN THE FUCKER imo. Okay, I am the literal incarnation of the Grinch. Fuck Xmas, glad it's over, bring on spring.
