I wonder if ank of Musk's contracts will be cut? I mean, I can see no conflict of interests here. Two trillion dollars of cuts, doesn't seem possible whilst keeping the country remotely functional. This is what worries me about there being another election. On the one hand, if he does what he says, there will be chaos, government will grind to a halt, there will be high inflations etc and media will capture scenes of insane cruelty re: immigrants as Pedro the gardener is interned in a concentration camp etc. He doesn't get re-elected under those circumstances (or his son doesn't, or Musk whoever). On the other hand, if he doesn't deliver on his promises, this time round he can't blame anyone else. So that leaves the last option, subvert democracy in one way or another.
