Part of Trump's strategy will be to declare victory early whilst the Mid Western states are still voting. The idea is that some democrats won't bother voting because they think they have already lost. Also to further ferment ideas of the election being "stolen". Nevertheless, my prediction is a Harris win and things not to significanly kick off (sure there will be isolated things happening). We'll see.

Agree with that forecast, but also think it is conceivable Harris may get a much bigger win because these reproductive rights issues are killinghis vote in women. Somebody made the point tha Trump might not kick off as much as last time, because he is due to be sentenced in NY shortly. If he was involved in another insureection, the judge might well send him down. His main goal has to be to stay out of prison.

There was a long hiatus where it wasn't updated for more than a decade. THen a new version came out in 2020, now 2024 is coming out. The graphics are fucking ridiculous, and truly global. You can fly over your house. All the scenery and weather data is streamed hence the insane requirements.

Similar set up to me though mine's BT. Never got the fire stick to work (have tried several). Matches always lag, blur, go choppy, or just crash altogether. May be my broadband isn't up to it but I always thought it was the memory cache being inadequate in those things. I'm trying to get into gaming again now so will upgrade the broad band to 500 mbps and see if that helps. The broad band requirements of MS Flight Simulator 2024 are ridiculous.

The answer is communism. My gripe is there's usually only one or two series I want to see on TV per streaming service, and only NUFC matches split between Sky, EE, Amazon and BBC, ITV (cup games). I'd be happy to pay a considerable monthly subscription for all of these but instead have to keep constantly chopping and changing packages to keep things affordable.

I mean I'm probably in the older tech-illiterate camp, I can never get illegal streaming to work when I've tried it possibly due to my shitty broadband and hardware, and I've got to be especially careful not to do anything illegal due Mrs Rent's job.
