Said when he pulled out of the Klitschko rematch that I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't fight again. He'll still be tweeting he's the real champ for the next 20 years or so though.

If he wants to be away the best way for that to happen is for him to perform well though. It would increase his price but there's nothing to be gained for him (and no guarantee) Fulham will come back in for him if he does fuck all between now and January.
-
I think it was more exciting because it was tougher to qualify as well though.

Not really that surprising

Was walking the dog at about 8.15 last night and it was only when I went past someone's house with the match on that I remembered England were playing.

And you get the feeling Joshua wants it a lot more than Wilder. It would also be a big fight (due to it being an all British affair) if Hughie Fury were to beat Parker to set up a fight with Joshua.

Aye. Think Ortiz presents more of a challenge like. Although it's difficult to assess how good Ortiz actually is because he hasn't fought anyone of note.

Have you seen today's Google tribute btw?

Trudging through the 70s...

It's not actually. The quote attributed to him is apocryphal. He said something along the lines of not being old enough to have seen Milburn but admiring the skills of Len White

Unrealistic and largely nonexistent
