this is my cereal - oats, wheat flakes, nuts and dried fruit. i add a table spoon of flax on top.

corn flakes suck. as do most of kellog's processed cerals.

this weather has given me a real craving for a traditional english desert with custard. might stew some apples for a crumble later.

dunno about you lot but as the cold weather comes in every meal has to be hot. morning muesli has walked for porridge. lunch time salads and wraps are to be replaced by soups and other hot dishes. comfort food all the way.
