I love how much it winds you up And that would be 4 x 12-hour nightshifts hactually, Mr 14500-Posts-Mainly-From-Work

The plot thickens. Just a running thing that Scott and I have about the fact I've never seen PF. I have the DVD on my shelf, and Scott has demanded I watch it on many occasions but I'm also a stubborn cow

You do realise that if I ever do sneakily watch Pulp Fiction, that I'm never, ever going to admit it?
-
Just a bit Cath. But I'm sure your knitting and sewing and such things keep up your time much better. Cross-stitch dear. I do cross-stitch

"But mom! I just found it in there!!" Mmm-hmm

I've never watched a single episode of The Sopranos. Am I missing out?

Yes, I know it's still only the 5th Despite me having a stubborn argument last year with Glasgow Mag which proved to be absolutely hilarious when he started to call me names and threaten me, just thought I'd remind peeps that all traces of Christmas have to be removed by the end of tomorrow. Trees down, avatars changed and all chocolate eaten (okay, so I made that bit up) If you don't, the goblins will come and wee on your carpets

Great. We lose in SPECTACULAR fashion. I may well have to deny any association with all the Aussies that I know as the gloating is going to be simply too much to bear

Hadaway and shite man . The point is I get to have a laugh with my mates and lass, make as much money at work whilst doing as little as possible and hopefully have kids one day to pass on all my lifes wisdom. Not to worry about whether a joyrider deserves to die or not. 'Fate is not set, it is what we make it' as sarah connor once said. Unfortunately some shit just happens for no reason. You can obviously detach yourself more easily from situations at work than I can. That's fair enough, but while I'm primarily there to earn a wage and pay my bills, I like to think that the fact that I give a shit makes me good at what I do. For the most part I can detach myself and get on with the job but some days it gets to me, that's all. And sammynb - yeah, it definitely does make me appreciate what I've got. We all think we've got problems but they're pretty insignificant in comparison to some others.

It's been a funny old night here at the hospital. A few ponderings.. - Branston Pickle flavour mini-cheddars. Revolting yet strangely addictive when you're starving at 4am - A teenager now in intensive care with nasty injuries. He nicked a car then crashed it. Justice or tragic? - An asylum seeker lady over in labour ward who has had the most unbelievably horrible life. She became pregnant following a brutal rape and now the beautiful little person staring at her through the side of the cot with the biggest brown eyes I've ever seen is the only thing she has in the entire world. She's besotted by him and it's heartbreaking. - Metro radio are playing the Fraggle Rock song. WTF?! It really has been a strange evening, and being on nights makes me think about things too much.......

Normal Treets were better Only if you had bad teeth and were from the poor school where they all had nits. How very dare you! Just because a woman has bad taste in confectionery and knows all the lyrics to Judy Garlands songs doesn't mean she attended a school for chip butty folk and got called 'Nitty Nora' while she was there! Me dear? Garland dear? Nits dear? No dear.....

Wacky, there's a new season starting on 2nd January, C4 at 9pm. Can't wait! Excellent!!! Thanks Cath. I am going to order series 1,2,and 3 as i missed some episodes. Brilliant series! Cant seem to find it in tonight listings Found it on next Tues, ch4 at 10pm though. Catmag's been drinking again, looks like next week it's starting. Shame Veronica and Kev have left Gutted. I ran around like an idiot here at work to get stuff done by 9pm only to find that it wasn't on. Sorry guys. I definitely read somewhere that it started tonight at 9pm but they were spectacularly wrong.

Worked Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. No doubt I'll get to enjoy a proper Christmas break when I retire in 30 years time...

Part time supporter tbh. I was there tonight, with officially the world's worst ever hangover, and where was everyone else? Not bloody well at the Trent, that's for sure. Now all I have to look forward to is shitty work tomorrow at 8 o'clock, superb. Apologies from me but there was no way I could have made the match today and got to work for 7.45pm tonight. Sahree.
