You can buy a shredder for about a tenner. Any stationary shop/Argos/Staples etc. I just shred my stuff at home.

Yes! Same here and looking forward to the rest of them. Particularly enjoyed the one with Tony Singh this week.

Beans on buttered bread with a cherry tomato on top I remember seeing a list of stuff that inmates ordered as their final meals. It's clear they weren't suffering from nerves about the next day! I'm not sure I'd have too much of an appetite.

What would your last meal on death row be? Have to be nil by mouth from midnight and feel like I've just had mine - it was most unsatisfactory. Thinking of stuffing my face with chocolate about 11.45pm.

Have you had brain surgery too?

This is a really shit Top Trumps game btw

Hang on Stevie, you're reprimanding ewerk for supposedly having a problem with drink when you posted a photo of yourself, still with your hospital ID band in place, having gone straight to the pub after leaving hospital following brain surgery. Wow

Seems like there's now a fund been set up for the lass that started the fundraising. Now that is things getting ridiculous.

Ant was right. I'm not being a nosey parker, it was more of a rhetorical question. If I'm honest, your comment came across as a tad ungrateful so I was curious as to what you think you should be getting. I say that as a working, single mother who isn't entitled to a penny from anyone for anything. I've absolutely no doubt that you're going through the worst thing you've ever experienced and I don't begrudge you the help you're getting for a second but that is a huge amount of money.

Not enough for what though? That's more per month than a junior nurse earns.

I wasn't talking to you! Facebook can be shit. It depends what you use it for, or what your motives your 'friends' have for using it. Personally I find deleting or ignoring annoying people allows me to enjoy following people I give a shit about. Anyway, I don't get out much

God forbid we should have a bit of light-hearted fun!

WTF?! The Granary Bar, no less - an old haunt of my teenage years.

Okay, it's the latest thing doing the rounds on FB but it's also interesting and sometimes eye-opening. So let's have 7 facts that people may or may not know about you. I've just posted mine and they were... 1. My lucky charm is a wooden leprechaun called Gilbert. I won him playing Pin the tail on the donkey at Paul Rylance's birthday party when we were 5. He lives in my jewellery box (Gilbert, not Paul) but has been with me to every exam and interview I've ever had and has never let me down. 2. I had 4 imaginary friends as a child. One was a dog and one was Paul McCartney. 3. When I grew up I wanted to be a gypsy. Not a Gypsy Weddings one, but one that wears long skirts and hoopy earrings and lives in a proper gypsy caravan so I can go where I want, when I want. 4. I never wanted to be a nurse as I couldn't stand the sight of blood. Turns out I'm okay when it belongs to other people and not me. What I really wanted to be was a journalist/writer. I still write now, but mainly for myself and always when I go on mad adventures. 5. I have an obsession with the colour purple. I realise this is not a revelation to anyone that even vaguely knows me. 6. I've told my brother that he was adopted for many, many years. And that we're not really sure that his birthday is July 8th - that was just the day we picked him up from the orphanage. Mwahahahaaa... 7. I have a huge, mad, amazing family - son, parents, brother, grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins. We're a force of nature and no matter what has happened in life they're amazing, and we know that together we can, and have faced anything and everything.
