I'm as guilty as anyone for being mildly addicted to Facebook but the stuff people will share on there is getting ridiculous. Today for example I've had a full description of someone's bowel movements (no, it wasn't Chez ) and 2 people updating their status reminding everyone that they lost babies over 15 years ago, followed by various family members sending messages to the foetus. Some things are best kept semi-private.

Okay, we're going out for dinner tonight with my parents who have just got back from holiday and then tomorrow I'm back on track. I've got 7 weeks to be semi-happy wearing a nice frock (don't really do dresses) so after a pep talk last night I'm going to give couch to 5k a serious go.

Ah, lush day. The Fish finally phoned whilst we were halfway through dinner to announce he was finally at The Forth and that we should flock to him immediately. We called him worse than shit but then Martin made us go. Bonus to find that Matt was with him, so it was proper old skool. Lovely to meet HMHMHMHMHM, canny lad that he is.
