  1. A new duvet- one that wasn't 15tog and full of goose feathers. Maybe I'll actually sleep tonight. I've also bought.. A paddling pool A tennis set A space hopper and a bottle of Chardonnay
  2. It was one of Marc's cats and it wasn't a huge surprise although she was still as bright as a button. She went outside in the sunshine to have a kip under the sun-lounger and when he went to get her in she didn't wake up. Not the worst way to go really.
  3. Just had to explain to the bairn that one of his pussycats died this afternoon. I remain in awe of his gentle, sensible nature on a daily basis.

  15. Just done my shopping online at Sainburys. No hassle, will be delivered in the morning and I didn't have to set foot in the Galleries. It's all good
