2 x 12hr nightshifts with 2hrs kip inbetween thanks to a plumbing problem (not a euphemism) Weirdly feel wide awake and slightly mental.

2hrs kip in the last 40hrs. I'm very nearly broken.

I feel a bit like CT as I'm full of stupid questions at the moment but does anyone use memory foam or orthopaedic pillows? I get horrible neck and back pain and I'm sure my pillows aren't helping. I feel like all the muscles in my back are pulled and it lasts til at least lunchtime. Any suggestions or recommendations?
