Man discovered with head injuries A man has been found with head injuries at the bottom of a railway embankment on Tyneside. The man was discovered at the junction of Heaton Hall Road and Heaton Grove, in the Heaton area of Newcastle, in the early hours of Sunday. He is described as white, about 30, of thin build, about 5ft 7in, with light brown hair and was wearing blue jeans and a jacket. British Transport Police is appealing for anyone with information.
