1. Owens history of injuries + our medical team & physios Its a recipe for disaster really, no real shock that he's missing about half the games.
2. I've booked Mrs Noisewater in for next week. Now if only I can think of a way for Kelly Brook to have an 'accident'...
3. Er, you know how to start a fire? Just a guess like.
4. I'm suprised its car(ibou)ied on for so long.
5. 62861 Can't have been Shearer & Ameobi then.
6. Baba has pleaded guilty. 3 match ban starting from tonight. EDIT: makes sense if he's going to be out anyway with a groin strain.
7. Was that on More Four? I forgot it was on, are they showing it again?
8. Lets take it one step further and have the referee's convo audible to the TV viewers as it is in Rugby then! 62741 That would be class. The refs are miked-up in american sports too. Sky would only be able to show live games after the watershed though.
9. I thought players couldn't be charged later if the Ref dealt with it at the time. Didn't he just give them a ticking off?
10. Aaaaaarrrrgggggh!!!! BTW, does anyone watch the reserves, how's that young lad Huntingdon progressing?
11. Man, its quiet on here tonight. I think this place must be dying.
12. Terrorvision - How To Win Friends and Influence People.
13. Ball is getting angry He could crush a grape. 61346 That was Stu Francis (of Crackerjack fame) wasn't it? 62334 Aye. He could wrestle with an Action Man an'all 62335 And test drive a Tonka iirc 62336 Jump off a dolls house... Rip a tissue...
14. Hello, is that the trades description people..?
15. Worse program on the telly tbh. Annoying little twat that Tony bloke 62207 You mean Baldr
16. Parker. I doubt Owen will even be here next season.
17. It's worse than grim, Gemmill. For this sort of thing to happen to anyone is bad enough but for it to happen in a restaurant, to a man of that age, is just mind-boggling. Wonder if Murray was at Stadium of Plight on saturday? This would give an indication of how seriously injured he was; hopefully his injuries are as minor as possible. Not sure if he attends S of P anymore though 61813 Read in the papers that he was there. Cut cheek apparently.
18. That is exactly how I feel about our team at the moment. It means I can be pleasantly surprised () when we win! 61772 Me too. The more I think about it the more I realise I don't 'enjoy' watching matches: if we go a goal up early I want the match to finish there and then, I'm counting the minutes. I can't relax until we have a two (or preferably three) goal lead; If we go a goal down I can never imagine us coming back to win, the best scenario I can imagine under such circumstances is scraping a draw.
19. The thought has crossed my mind about a Ramage-Taylor partnership too (although Boumsong improved on his recent displays today). Felt for Ramage, he was excellent apart from their goal. How is the young lad in the reserves progressing, Huntingdon?
20. Interesting idea. Newell has done well as a manager so far but there are a lot af bad stories about him around Hartlepool. Who else was Shearer best buds with through his career? the names that spring to mind are Newell, Rob Lee (has he done any coaching?), Ruddock and Flowers. Could he bring in someone to work with the defenders? Is he friendly with Tony Adams from their England days for example?
