I mentioned that to a boro-supporting mate last week. I'd only swap Parker/Emre for Makelele/Lamps or Gerrard/Alonso in the PL.

I've only been on Das Boot once, 4 or 5 years ago. It was leaning over (listing, is that the word?) at such an angle that all the piss drained to one end of the urinal and spashed on to the floor. Classy.

Just thought of another one: What's the Hancock Museum like these days? Used to love going there as a kid.
-
I was thinking that. The Sage, The Millenium Bridge and The Baltic (the building, not neccessarily the contents) are all impressive.

174 required on the final day. Do-able.

I've got a copy of that somewhere. Is it not called Flagpole Sitta?

Lord, forgive me for I am wrong.

I like this one: Spinning Wheels None of the wheels are actually spinning, but if you look directly at one the ones around it appear to start moving. Weird!

Foreigners masquerading as Englishmen!

Thats my M.O too -
Yep, rear-wheel drive + no weight over the back axle = socks on lino traction. My mate used to have one and he lived up in the north yorks moors. Come November he used to put a few big bags of cement in the boot to try and weigh it down. He traded it in a couple of weeks ago for a Honda CRV.

Have you tried driving it in winter yet? They don't like snow.

You wouldnt want to be jumping off the top turnbuckle with a proper diamond cutter in your leggings like. 55960 Could you use it to knock someone down? A 'cocklashing' perhaps?

User names, past & present

HTL must have caught up with him. I'd try ringing the local hospitals. -
Been thinking for a while, did DotBum and Khay post on the old board? I can't remember, did they have different user names then? Also what happened to Sparks and Sonatine, they used to be regulars?

Oooh, that was good. Refreshingly politically incorrect and non nanny state too. I'd still have the Aston even if the Porsche is a better car. It just looks and sounds glorious. Can see the point about it becoming a footballers car though.

Ahh, what are they called?

If you could kick one person in the teeth
Dr Kenneth Noisewater replied to LeazesMag's topic in General Chat
One of the 'people' (I prefer the term vermin or sub-human scum) recently convicted of animal cruelty. I'd have a tough time deciding between the woman who put a cat in a boil wash or the man who stubbed out 21 cigarettes on his dogs face. I'd gladly kick the living shit out of either one of them even though I'm usually placid and non-violent. -
Yeah, I enjoyed Dark Water. Both films have a constant feeling of dread about them, but nothing in Dark Water had me shitting my pants like when she reaches the telly screen in The Ring. 55793 Make me shiver just thinking about that bit. Mind you, I'm another one who was scared by The Others.

[snigger]Comic books ![/snigger] 55765 He's bound to be in a bad mood. Yesterday we wiped the floor with the aussies, the argies, the pakistanis and the kiwis. His country capitulated at sport, the one thing they are supposed to be good at.

Pakistan all out for 274 (Flintoff 4/68, Harmi 3/37) England 253 for 3 (Trescothick 135n.o, Bell 71)

Benito Carbone? Shef.Wed., Villa, Bradford, Boro, Derby (I think!)

Brian Deane?
