So it will be a double album on vinyl and they have been releasing one track from each side, so four tracks each release, every month since they announced it. That means next month with be the fourth and final release and also when they will actually physically make available the whole thing. Anyway.

Here’s the thing, get relegated and we will be fucked by FFP as with the new “rules” a championship promoted club will not be given a tier sponsorship value that a current PL club is allocated (the PL has made sure will be fucked with their new rules with this), so they really need to bite the bullet and pull out all stops to not get relegated.

There is no doubt that Carlos is going to be miles better than what we currently have but I’d be concerned about how good his english is, especially if we are hoping for him to organise what we already have. And all this concern about FFP, once the Armco and Saudi Royal Air deals happen and the sponsors for everything from pasta to official tissue suppliers goes through the club will be rolling in it. The biggest priority is fixing our midfield.

With all the potential new bodies coming in for what amounts to our most important second half to a season since KK saving the club from the third tier, the current captain is possibly one of the players to be replaced by a new body (and he’s not much of a leader on the pitch); so who would you like to see made captain for the remainder of the season? I think it should go to Trippier. He’s got the experience, seems switched on and is less likely to just randomly point.

Agree Diego but also while we are securing our place in the PL, we should also take advantage of the great situation we are in with FFP, due to Ashley's lack of spending. Also let's not buy shite like on a downward slope Robinho or Santa Cruz or Garcia, if I remember correctly they all came from clubs Man City was aspiring to become like. We need to hoover up the Bottmans, Vlahovics and Diazs, from lower leagues and mid-table clubs in the better leagues.

Also now we have some wealth, wouldn't it be prudent to do what Chelsea, previously and Man City, more recently, have done and hoover up as much of the young talent from other leagues?

The other way to look at buying Cantwell is we are making one of the clubs we need to finish above weaker, so now is a better time to buy him, even if we then send him out on loan to a Championship club.

Of course it does as they'll have to remove Hendrick from the 25 players, so it's a win win.
