  1. My alarm just exploded, what's happening here?
  2. Swear? I thought it was three. Could be 4.
  3. Had one, been pulled though. Shame because the picture quality was brilliant.
  4. I always thought Lovefilm should do "Love at Lovefilm" where they have a dating part of the site matching peoples film choices for potential partners. ASDA knicked my idea!
  5. Not really a fair bet then is it? You dont have much to lose. Seriously though, this sort of macho warrior stuff, whoever suggests it is stupid. We all have the right to ignore people, not get involved or find another forum. Personally I find everyone brings something to the forum (apart from the scouse prick). Some I dont really like but can still take amusement from some of their posts. Sometimes it just takes time for posters to mature. Kevin is a perfect example of someone who has gone from an irritating twat into a canny little poster at times and keeps the place jogging along. As too with ASM, I do get the feeling he is trying to bring a bit more to the table these days than just the Leazes stuff. And lets face it, there's plenty of other posters who get dragged into the Leazes circus. This place needs more posters not less. there is no need for anybody to bugger off, but my vote to stay will firmly be with Year Zero if it has to be done. As for the comment in bold, I'll repeat what I've said many times, I post facts and truth about the football club, and realism. It isn't my fault if mentioning certain individuals clouds others' perception of the facts and the truth, it is up to those people to seperate their blind irrational hatred of individuals from the facts and the truth. There is no reason why they can't do this, there is no reason why personalities should come into anything. The simple fact is, the previous owners of the football club are the only owners in half a century who have ran this football club anywhere near the way it should be run. Nobody should really disagree with this, because it is absolutely true, I really don't see why people disagree with it. If people do, then of course someone like me, YZ, brummiemag and others will correct them, because these are the facts. It's actually a "circus" in my eyes when the thick fuckers do try to disagree, because they are simply fighting all logic and proof and can't win. Brilliant.
  6. x3, if you like a healthy amount of abuse anyway.

CT, brilliant Reminds me of Seinfeld when they were all eating the zero fat ice cream but putting on weight.
  8. Yes we all wish we had to resort to fingering some lass rather than having actual sex
  9. Thought he did alright but was shockingly unaware/daydreaming when he left Coleman (was it) in at the back.

Does it? I suppose you had to be there. This is Sydney, man, not the fucking dreary north-east of England where your balls shrink in the winter time. Sydney; the weather great, the scenery breathless, the girls gorgeous, the MDMA genuinely MDMA, sex is leisure, Sunday breakfasts are heaven and whinging is not allowed . Sydney, where men are men, spiders are spiders and knives are spoons.
  11. We do. That being said, it's something you used to brag about when you were 14/15 not 17/18.
  12. Pretty sure Pardew said we don't pay his wages until he is fit.

    Exercise

three hours on sunday makes it look like over training. you'd probably benefit from a second rest day given the hours you're putting in the rest of the week. good work though. you must be pretty lean A lot of technique work in there so not too demanding.
  14. Talksport (I think) had a right bore-a-thon today about Villa fielding an understrength side. Worst I have heard on that station which takes some doing.
  15. My training has been brilliant for a while, my fitness is at it's best. My eating was 90% very good but I kept having chocolate and crisps ruining all the good work through the day. Did this thing at work where I basically have a target not to eat either for the rest of the month (think it was 35 days in total from when I started), just gone a week without them. Must be about 400 calories a day saved, 2800 a week. Such a little change makes such a big difference. Others at work are supposed to be doing the same but they are waiting for lent, it's good others know about it so I can stay motivated. It really has helped me not think "ah fuck it" and going for it. I know it's something so small but it really was my downfall.
