Given they changed their story on the sale depending who was talking to the press (manager/chairman) I doubt it's as simple as they made out. They had sold Hazard for silly money, didn't need and didn't seem to want to sell Debuchy, they did however string it out in the press to try and placate the player who wanted to leave.

Seriously? As for the Wraith thing, clearly jumping on whatever he can to get attention. This time last season people were questioning whether Ba was shit. A lot of teams have slow starts, we have had key injuries, new players being chucked in the deep end, big players not getting much pre-season etc... As someone else mentioned if Cabaye's excellent free kick wasn't very well saved I doubt his commitment or whatever would be questioned. Definitely not a time to be worried and someone who considers himself a fan shouldn't be stirring shit like this in public, imo.
