As a former frequent flyer and therefore bored with the whole experience, I used to fucking LOVE getting a nervous flyer sat beside me. (And believe me some were genuinely terrified) I would dispense endless comforting words about flying "all the time" to put them at their ease, all the while waiting for an opportunity and a noise to exclaim "what was that!!"

The law suit is 220 pages long !!!! They've got him like a kipper in NYC, but hopefully the federal criminal stuff will stick. Given his whole financial plan/set up is loans to pay off loans, surely no-one will lend him money with all this hanging over him.

There is NO WAY he can use nukes, even tactical ones, seriously, he'd lose any and all tacit approval he may have from China/India etc if he did. This is a succinct thread, below, there was a really good/detailed yank one I read earlier, but this is much shorter/to the point. Basically - Russia hasn't any longer got the infrastructure in place to undertake a general Mobilisation, even training a up limited Mobilisation is probably beyond them. Many observers believe his canned broadcast last night was because he WAS going to announce a general Mobilisation but the feedback was there'd be another revolution, a general Mobilisation means EVERY single male between 16 and 65 would report for military duty - it'd cause uproar, even in Russia.
