  1. Anyone have any stats? I'm sure our horrific injury record started with FFS new training ground We had plenty of injuries last season also, however they tended to be freak accidents on the pitch, as opposed to on the training ground. Maybe Souness and his coaches' warm-ups and stretches were poor. Under Roeder, maybe there was a similar case of the players being poorly prepared before matches? Not sure really.
  2. I'm quite optimistic. I'm not expecting us to all of a sudden get Champions League football as all I really expect is for us to have a decent season, which will work as a foundation for Sam to carry on building the team.
  3. Your point? Would you prefer panic buys and team full of players that you've never heard of and are unproven in the Premiership that all speak a different language? So every successful player in the premiership has to be well known prior to coming to the premiership in order to succeed? Asking questions is fun isn't it?
  4. I don't know, but the four-eyed cock clown isn't goint to do anything.
  5. RM Milner seems to be our new LM. Nobby's role may be reducing. As I've said he could be part of a three-man midfield as well as cover up front. He may not be a midfielder but would suit Allardyce's style.
  6. Think that was just made up on wikipedia.
  7. We don't know about Barton's side of the story though. Dabo may have said something really nasty to cause that reaction.
  8. Someone on another forum made a great point about why Sam may want to Smith. Barton, Geremi, Butt and now Smith make up a centre-midfield of grafty players who are willing to get stuck in. This is similar to at Bolton, where he had Speed, Faye, Campo and Nolan. We can then use players like Zog and Martins to provide pace and flair. It probably won't be beautiful, but it'll be effective I reckon.
  9. Rumour has it he's having a medical right now, so chances are he'll sign. Should play him at right-back imo.
  10. Bowyer. haha, I wonder what the odds are for them two c***s getting in a fight on the pitch for the hammers =) Craig Bellamy will have some fun too.
  11. I don't think Edgar's ever looked bad when playing for us. Ramage is a different matter.
  12. Most of Exeter is a shithole except for around the Quay and canal. Newcastle Stratford upon avon Broadway and Cotswolds villages in general, Upper and Lower Slaughters for example. Loch Lommond Devon (of course)! inc Dartmoor, Dartmouth and Salcombe, extremely beautiful scenerey there. Bath. Snowdonia Hmm, well I think it's nice. Quite a lot of others do as well - maybe we've been less than you. Have to admit I can't stand Snowdonia. It's got some nice mountains obviously but everything else there annoys me. Okay maybe I'm overreacting a bit due to some unpleasant memories of the place.
  13. Yeah, it's mine. I stuck it up on N-O. Ah right, wasn't thinking you stole that by the way.
  14. Generally aren't suburban areas supposed to be richer than the centre?
  15. Did you right that Tom? Because I've seen exactly the same report somewhere else - nufc.com possibly but I'm not sure.
  16. Newcastle (think I forgot that first time round) Hereford Sevenoaks Norwich
  17. Very positive, though he mentions the Martins rumours, but not the Zog ones, which concern me.
  18. Scored again tbh. http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...1082600,00.html
  19. Might as well, as there's one for not so nice places. Canterbury Bristol Bath Nottingham York Exeter Tunbridge Wells Durham
  20. That's really sad. Sorry to hear about it mate - 29 of all ages. As for me, nothing too exciting has been happening. Not been doing much recently other than winning cricket matches but should be going camping with friends quite soon, which should be fun. Not before results day however which I'm not looking forward too. Feeling really bored at the moment and generally a bit annoyed with some people, but nevermind that.
  21. I'm not scared of spiders in our country though they do freak me out a little bit the way they move. Having one of those beasts in my house would scare me though, especially as I'd have no clue how to remove it. Tarantulas are quite nice though.
