Smart shirts - once if I'm wearing it for a one off occasion, twice maybe three times at a push if I'm wearing it for work or something more regular. Jeans are normally kept on for about a week. Boxers one day, maybe two if I'm being lazy. Socks generally one day but I don't tend to wear them round the flat so if they've only been on for a few hours one day I'll use them again the next. T-shirts get a few days. A lot of this is obviously dependent on no major stains/sweating.

The quiz I go to has 5 rounds - general knowledge, sport, music, film/tv and a specialist round which is just 10 questions on whatever the quizmaster felt like asking questions on that week, normally something very obscure. I think an extra round would be beneficial.

Whatever you do, don't take forever with every question. It's really annoying when you've got an answer and you're sitting round with nothing to do - especially if everyone else is using their phones to Google the answer.
