Mine still hasn't been passed for dispatch. They've 'emailed' the warehouse for a 4th time this evening. I told the bloke that i hope he didn't mind if i didn't hold my breath..... he just laughed. Twat! I then asked if anyone had ever thought of actually ringing the warehouse rather than emailing them? Apparently they don't have any contact details!!! Apple are pushing out firmware updates to the phones released in the US to 'brick' them if they get cracked so you need to be careful. If anyone's dead set on getting one but isn't an O2 user, you need to get one from France as their competitve laws prevent a mobile phone being 'locked' to one particular network. TBH its just not worth the money at the moment and there are far too many cracking deals being pushed out by O2 as a result of its impending launch. 12 months down the line when the handset is free and you get a damned sight more than 200 mins and 200 texts for your £35/month it might be worth it but anyone buying one now must definitely have a bit of "'scuse me sport but the wife and I appear to be considerably richer than you!" abou them....

As does mine.... (i think!). They've just left me an answerphone message on my work mobile saying the order can't be processed because its out of stock so i called back to ask why it wasn't processed yesterday when i was told they had plenty of stock. They checked again and would you believe it, they've got loads of them. Then passed some cock and bull story that it'll be credit control holding things up until i pointed out that had been cleared yesterday. They checked sure enough, that's all fine and dandy! So I asked, "what's to stop you dispatching it now?" She replied by saying she'd set that process in motion with immediate effect... I'm waiting on an email to say it's been passed for dispatch. And I am far from impressed with their organisational abilities...
