Because the very reason they moved to two changes a year was because there are more new cars on the road these days than there would be available registration numbers for a single change. I'll upgrade to it when I stop hearing the horror stories - same goes with Office 2007 which is good in principle but has a major issue which, if MS don't sort it soon, will piss off the paying public once it's unleashed for real. On a side note I totally disagree with 'upgrades' being including in Windows Updates. A patch or an update, yes but a complete upgrade should not be the result of "Windows has finished downloading your updates, please click OK to install"..

Depends if they run them consecutively or concurrently... The maximum sentence currently operation in this country is 50 years IIRC.

I remember when they arrested Ian Huntley, despite the fact that everyone knew who they arrested, the police refused to mention them by name.
