If we don't sign anybody, I really think we'll end up with someone like Mellor or Carlton Cole on loan.

6-pointer my arse. No way will West Ham still be in the top 3 come May.
-
As long as I don't have to say those same two fecking goals over and over again and that stupid dance, I'll be happy.
-
I think Anelka will sign on Deadline Day after he's had more time to kick up more of a fuss, and Fener will be desperate to sell.
-
Marca says they'll go for D'Alessandro if Luque leaves.
-
I think he'll sign. Perhaps a Press Conference in just over 3 hours time to confirm this?
-
Sure it wasn't Shepherd and Hall in disguise?
-
He's signed a new 4-year contract.

Breaking News on SSN saying Jonny Wilkinson has been hospitalised in Japan because on an inflamed appendix. Nasty stuff.
-
Milner for Dyer N'Zogbia for Emre Not the worst problem in the world. It's if anything happens to Boumsong or Shearer at the minute where we'd be screwed.
-
Honestly think Shola would suit the Spanish game.

There's two articles on that website about it. One from last night saying we were going to bid 10m euros, then that one from this morning, so perhaps the English press hasn't picked up on that bit yet.

Yep, we've increased the offer.
-
I'm sure that as.com website's saying we've bid £9m plus Ameobi.

That shouldn't make a difference. I point to..... 1968 Olympics - held in Mexico City, followed by the 1970 World Cup, held in Mexico. Munich staged the 1972 Olympics. In 1974 West Germany hosted the World Cup. The 1994 World Cup was in the USA, and the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. In all those cases the Olympics and World Cup were held in the same countries, just two years apart. The London Olympics in 2012 and the 2018 World Cup are 6 years apart. 13694[/snapback] Aye, but that was before this "one World Cup per continent" rotation thing came into place.

According to the Daily Mirror, Benitez wants Solano as part of the Baros to Aston Villa deal.

He is a German TV "star". He's a piece of toast whose best friend is a rosebush. Quality TV.

It's happened twice! How he's had two transfers for a combined fee of £3m when Milner & Jenas cost £10m is amazing. -
Pint of whisky.

You'd love Bernd das Brot then if that confuses you...

How do you fancy your chances of making the Scotland squad?

He started wide on the right, then switched to the left late on. Ambrose looked excellent when he came on. Stead looked like a donkey upfront. Missed 4 or 5 decent chances. -
Or do you run a fanzine for outdoor adventurers?

Milner had a very good game.
