  1. or for being a W-w-w-w-wwwwwwitch!
  2. I thought it was some shtick for that particular episode, like maybe her flaps were caught in her knickers or something... but no, 2nd episode, there she is, chittering away like a Dolphin on Ritalin. My lass likes it, but she also like Made in Chelsea and me... so we can assume her taste is shit.
  3. I'm not 100% convinced that wasn't knocked up by a mackem so he could pop it on RTG and they can all revel in their delusions about Mags at Work and the like. According to them, we're all 100% sure we'll win and it's just a matter of by how many.
  4. You had me at "Islands of the 11,000 Virgins",
  5. Honestly you should have seen me. Turned up in big coat, looking more Sofa than human.
  6. No, thank God. Can't be doing with paying for two tickets on a plane. Thanks. I've learnt something.. does that count as me going to a "spin class"?
  7. Oh aye, less beer and beef, more caipirinha and kale.
  8. Put on a ton of weight over the past month for a bunch of reasons, gotta get back into better habits. Gonna dramatically reduce the carb/dairy intake I reckon. Wish I didn't find running as boring as I do, as I'm convinced that's the best way to lose weight/shape up in London.
  9. Plays in the positions currently being lit up by Mitrovic and Perez Gouffran is more mobile and less an all out attacker than de Jong is. It does and he has. Yup, he's been unfortunate with injuries. Combination of the above.
  10. Frustrating that it's them. If we had, say, Villa away following on from that Norwich result I'd be much more confident of getting our second win of the season. Honestly be happy with a draw just to get the monkey off our back.
  11. Didn't Keegan claim he was the one after Modric? http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/sam-allardyce-claims-due-sign-10308590
  12. The bigger question is: what's the Governor of the Bank of France doing on a football pitch?
  13. I'm often ahead of the curve, I wouldn't worry about it. You'll catch up in your time
  14. View it the same as ISIS, who might say it's a desire to establish an Islamic state and call it a Jihad or whatever, but for the string-pullers* really it's just about gangsters wanting power and influence. The religious rhetoric just makes it easier to recruit disenfranchised, ill-educated kids to their cause. *No, not the CIA
  15. Imagine having to share a train table with him and Pardew... No surprise he's a favourite of the media; always eager to get in front of a microphone and give a quote. Collymore has had his column in the Villa program cancelled because he's critical in the press of the owner. He's taken to twitter to throw his dummy out, but I can understand why the press officer might not want Stan giving his opinion in the official merchandise. What cracked me up about his moan (other than reading it in Barry of Auf Weidersehn Pet's accent) is his assertion he treats all clubs the same, that Villa are a massive club (they won the European cup y'know?) with a massive following.
  16. Tim Sherwood "The first goal in any match is so important, and Chelsea didn’t have to work too hard for that,” he told Sky Sports. “I’ll take the positives today – we took the game to them, we dominated them in the first period and we created a few chances of our own. But we gave ourselves an uphill task after the first goal. “It’s only a matter of time until Chelsea come good, and today we didn’t get the rub of the green. We have to move on and learn from mistakes, because they are costing us at the moment. “Goalscoring has not been our problem, but not winning matches is of course a concern. We will continue to work hard in training to put things right. “I can’t worry about speculation concerning me – this is business as usual. I am on Aston Villa’s side, no-one else’s.” “We gifted goals away today – they were fluky, but when you’re down the bottom that’s what you get,” he said. “Chelsea always score at the Bridge so we knew we had to score to get something out of today. “We dominated in the opening period, and they had no chances until they scored, which was a gift from us. “Unfortunately, we haven’t got that cutting edge which you need to win matches. We are not blaming individuals – we are in this together. We have to bounce back and dust ourselves down. The result is disappointing but we’ll crack on. “Stats can mislead people at times – we played on the front foot here at the Bridge, we matched them initially. We believe we’ll stay in this division, though it’s clear for everyone to see that we’re a side in transition. “I am positive, I will not shrink. I didn’t hear my supporters shouting for me to leave. I’ll keep swinging, even if I’m backed into a corner.” Discuss
