I thought Sissoko was an absolute disgrace on Saturday. Most of those around him were making their best efforts despite being poor footballers but he put nothing into the game at all. He can fuck off now for all I care.

Perversly I think there's a chance he'd stick with Carver after relegation based on the belief that while he's not up to being a premiership manager, he'll do in the second tier. Hopefully that's just paranoia. I think Charnley might take the fall and I think we'd get shot of a fair few players. But I also think we might end up offering new contracts to the likes of Raylor and we'd probably be stuck with Williamson for the rest of his life.

Anyone watch The Jinx? I watched the whole series last night and really enjoyed it. Bob Durst is a really creepy fucker!

I'm more inclined to believe it will be the Mick McCarthy type who are used to mounting promotion challenges. Obviously it will have to be someone who will weigh the beneifits of getting to manage a club of our size against the lack of control (I do think Ashley would put some reasonable money into player purchases to get us back up where the money is). I don't think they'd trust the type of foreign manager who'd be willing to come here after relegation.

I genuinely dont know. Honestly I don't think it will be the type that scoobos mentions but I think there'll be no chance of the Garde type appointment you're expecting. I would probably expect it to be the type of manager that is currently in the championship and on that basis the best I would hope for would be someone young and up and coming. But again I go back to the fact that I have no faith in our management to discover someone like that.

It might be difficult to attract anyone half decent when we get relegated. Would have been much easier if we'd sorted this out in January when staying up would have been a relatively simple task!

The company is just stumbling from one fucking tragedy to another on a daily basis. It's getting to the point that even to a lifelong supporter, of what used to be Newcastle United, it's funny now.

I think there's a fair few people who would have returned to the ground on Saturday knowing how massive a game it is now after the shambolic past few weeks. But this will have turned a lot of them away again. I know one of my mates was going to go back after missing the last few games but he's now cancelled his ticket after reading this. It's a massive own goal from the company (lets just stop calling it a club at this stage because that's laughable). They use a captain who never speaks on or off the pitch and has been awfull for most of the last two seasons to try and issue a ralying call. It (along with all the other shite in the chronicle from John Hall, Malcolm Dix or whoever) shows that the protests are getting to them but it also shows a complete lack of understanding of us a fanbase. It's insulting and it's good to see it getting treat with the contempt it deserves.

Why should we expect more of him than we do of Williamson and Colo?
