Melbourne were shit last night but I think it's fair to say that's the first time we've performed below par this season. Was a nice finish from Rodriguez. Still 11 points clear thanks to Romario choking a million times for Adelaide.

First season at Newcastle and I came 6th in the league, but won the FA Cup and UEFA Cup, against Man Utd and Liverpool respectively. Have NO money for new players. Also I got sacked by Australia because of a so called "awful" performance at the Confed Cup, where Italy, USA and ourselves all finished the group on 6 points and I came 3rd on goals scored. And just two weeks after qualifying for the WC. I find that a little, tiny bit over the top...

Kisnorbo was immense against Ghana, that is until he knocked the ball out of Schwarzer's hands and gifted Ghana their goal... Very Titus-esque. Strangely enough it was on the right wing where he performed for me, I didn't really have to put him up front as I had a pretty good run with injuries, except once when Sturridge, Samaras, Kuyt and Almeida all had the flu. After a while though he was just backup to Wright-Phillips and Bresciano. But he was one of the original members of the Man City team I turned into a monster so he'll always have a special place in my heart.

After 3 consecutive titles (including 2 undefeated seasons), 3 FA Cups and 2 Champions League trophies with Man City I decided for no particular reason to resign. Fittingly Newcastle sacked Roeder and offered me the job. This is 2012/13 now and we have a bit of money to spend but a team of old fogies. Gonna take some work to build up a winning squad, although I've started well enough.

Dirk Kuyt should be available fearly cheaply in 2008/09. In his three seasons with me he's scored 64 goals. Absolute gun.

When I started off at Man City I couldn't get any work permits, but a couple of seasons later I had no problems with the same players, after qualifying for Europe and coming in the top 4 in the league. I think the stature of your club has alot to do with it.
