    Aye the Armstrong thing is fucking baffling. We have a lad that is shorter but has a high skill level playing just off the striker, so you bring on an even shorter and low skill level version for him to play off? fucking hell.

    Aye fuck off Alnwick and take Carver with you, neither can do their job tbh. Everytime the kid dives for a ball his arms are flailing everywhere, no control at all, no awareness of his posts, no control of his box, I don't know how the fuck this kid has trained for this long to play in goal he can't even do the most basic goalkeeping things. Carver subbing on a left back for a left winger with a 12m left winger sat on the bench gives a good insight into how Pardew thought he was king.

    But one season aside we've been watching shit football and finishing 10th or lower. Pardew deserves no thanks for the job he did, he was in the managerial graveyard when he came and from one good season and a couple of poor seasons (considering some of the players he has had) has managed to convince people he's a decent option as manager.

    Spot on, my hope is that we manage to get someone that can get the team playing some decent football for a change and not get fucking turned over on a regular basis. Sick to the back teeth of listening to Pardew's fucking drivel every week, his constant excuses, his self congratulations when the team is doing well and lack of responsibility when the team is doing bad, watching games that are shite when we lose and shite to watch when we win. Good fucking riddance.

    Even if he did manage it he got made a complete fool of with some of his tactical decisions far more often. Far too many 5-0, 4-0 and 3-0 howkings tbh, we rarely manage a 2-0 win let alone giving other teams a good hiding under him the blokes a fucking embarrassment.

    Aye, he'll also probably have a much greater say in the transfer dealings and strut around the place like the King that he is rather than a bit of a hollow one that he was up here. The way results were going it was only a matter of time before Ashley chucked him anyway, I reckon one more flirt with relegation and he'd have been out the door and he probably knew it.
