Bad news mate. Splash strips aren't part of building regs apparently, but if water is getting in at ground level you could always put one in yourself. Pull out a row of bricks/paving slabs that touch your house and replace with gravel

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/cricket/article-12497265/Andrew-Flintoff-England-cricket-coaching-ODI-series-New-Zealand.html He looks like he's had facial surgery. For a good looking fella that was getting plenty of TV work, I can only imagine the payout he's going to get from the BBC

Hall has played 12 senior games in his career. I think we need to temper our expectations of how quickly he is going to be a first team regular -

As much as we bought Dan Burn as a CB, it seems clear to me that he's better suited to LB in our team. He's still got limitations at LB, but any mistakes are harder to punish from a wide position. His lack of pace and poor positional sense made him a liability at CB against Brighton. I know that no transfer window is perfect, but I'm starting to wonder whether the £60mil we spent on Hall and Livramento may have been misspent. They feel like signings for the next 2-3 seasons, which is fine if you are Man City and have a superstar in every position. But when you are NUFC and have Burn as LB, Almiron at RW and Lascelles as 3rd choice CB, we maybe should have focused on buying players who can immediately consolidate the starting XI. -
I've got bad news for @PaddockLad

Most people are struggling to pay their mortgage at the minute. Wouldn't be surprised if there are significantly fewer away fans at these 3 games than during the last CL campaign

Or try and pull a Mutu and sue him for breach of contract -
I know you've made your mind up that this is DEFINITELY the reason that his form has dropped. But do you realise it might be bugger all to do with that? He's playing in a different midfield now. And he was carrying an injury last season

"Stop focusing on your kid, dickhead!"

Mackem-esque behaviour here mind. Hero worshipped last season. 3 average games and the knives are out already

I've brought my bairn into the office before, aye. Not that's got owt to do with anything. Bruno is a bit off form at the minute, but jumping to conclusions that it's entirely down to him being a new dad is 2+2=76 man

Aye, this conspiracy theory about his kid has got a bit out of hand

Miggy's replacement taking the piss in Holland

I think it was Alex who said we had outgrown Targett quicker than expected. He did well for 6 months after we signed him and was better than what we had under Bruce. But we went into warp speed last season and you can tell he's now clearly a step below Trippier, Botman etc. Dummet wants to thank his lucky stars he's come through the academy and counts towards the homegrown quota or he would have been on loan at Rotherham this season

The quality is awful. Proper stretchy fabric, £5 market stall stuff. Compared to our older adidas and puma kits, there's no comparison. And thats before we even get to them forgetting to put badges/sponsors on kits, taking 3 months for delivery etc. The faster we are shot of them, the better
-
Also, Burn and Lascelles as starting CBs is the stuff of nightmares. Let's hope Schar hasn't done his hammy and that Botman is back soon

Adidas bloke on the documentary saying when designing the new shirt he was inspired by 3 thick stripes down the front (or words to that effect) đŸ˜¢ Just remake the 95/96 home and away shirts man!
