Greek super league 2 and Bradford Park Avenue is laughable experience... but it still beats trampy's experience in football

It's a myth anyway. There's not a keeper in the league incapable of playing a 10 yard pass to his full backs

Hustle on Netflix. Adam Sandler in another straight role playing a Mickey from Rocky type figure in the Basketball world. Better than it sounds -
Sounds like Sterling is off to Chelsea for £35-40m ish. Bargain when you look at his goal scoring record, and he's still only 27

How many NUFC podcasts are doing the rounds now I couldn't be fucked on with all that effort for 300 listeners. True Geordie might be a Div but at least he's got a decent following

"Asked whether it was time for the UK to withdraw from the ECHR after the government’s difficulty in implementing its Rwanda policy, the prime minister said: “Will it be necessary to change some laws to help us as we go along? It may very well be.”

Not dissimilar to VVD in that his positioning was so good he rarely had to leave his feet for a tackle

Newcastle United are ready to walk away from a deal to sign centre-back Sven Botman from Lilleafter the French club changed their mind about accepting a £30m bid and raised the asking price to £36m. That is likely to prompt a take it or leave it ultimatum from Newcastle this week before they move on to other targets. As with the January transfer window, sources have told Telegraph Sport that a Newcastle tax is being applied to their potential deals and it has once again complicated concluding them successfully. Newcastle’s transfer budget this summer is between £80m and £100m - an increase on the figure initially divulged back in the spring, but still far smaller than many predicted following the takeover by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund last October. That means there is a tight limit on what can be spent on individual players and the Magpies hierarchy are adamant they will not be ripped off. That stance has already all but ended the Magpies pursuit of Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin after they were quoted an asking price of £60m for the England international. It also brought a swift conclusion to their interest in Brentford’s Ivan Toney, who would have cost upwards of £50m. Neither move will happen unless those prices come down. The same is true of Leeds United winger Jack Harrison, with Newcastle not willing to match his £30m asking price at this stage in the window. The pursuit of Botman had been more successful only for Lille to try to extract even more money late on in the talks. It remains to be seen how the player reacts to the latest setback as he has publicly admitted he needs to leave and wants to be at his new club before the start of pre-season training. Newcastle are said to be extremely annoyed as they thought they had a deal agreed last week. They are also confident that the player wants to move to Tyneside and that personal terms for the 22-year-old will not be a problem. The Magpies have always been wary of making a third bid for Botman, as they found Lille were also difficult to deal with in January, when they had two bids rejected. But having been encouraged to bid again for the Netherlands Under-21 international, Newcastle thought a deal was close to being agreed only for the goalposts to be shifted once more. With the deadlock remaining over the weekend, senior sources at St James’ Park have told Telegraph Sport that they are considering other options and will walk away unless Lille see sense. There is a rather more positive assessment of Newcastle’s ongoing negotiations with striker Hugo Ekitike. The Frenchman is keen on the move and a fee has been agreed with Reims, which will involve Newcastle paying an initial sum of around £12m for the teenager (which could rise to £30m with various add-ons and performance related clauses). The deal should be completed this week although there are a few minor details to be agreed still, including agent fees. Meanwhile, despite claims they were looking to sign him, Newcastle are not interested in Lyon's Brazil attacking midfielder Lucas Paqueta.

Born in 82. So childhood TV/movies were from 86-92 ish really

My sister moved into a new build last year. It looks like it was chucked up. The skirting boards and seals around the house look like they were done by a blind man. I shudder to think how much effort goes into houses that aren't built to turn a profit...

Captures the nostalgia of my childhood well, albeit some of those memories were through the medium of TV rather than being reflective of what life was actually like in Chester le Street in the 80s Arcades, Nintendo, Ghostbusters, A Team, Knight Rider, Goonies, Monster Squad, playing out on your bike, climbing trees, swimming in rivers, watching horror films on VHS when your parents weren't home etc. Definitely shades of Hellraiser and Nightmare on Elm Street in Series 4
