  1. Bad luck more than a bad signing. If he'd played 150 games he'd have got 70/80 goals.
  2. Why call me a scumbag when you dont even know me you Ant and Dec cock sucking twat. Whats the matter you run out of byker grove vids to watch? Scousers scumbags? When we produced the beatles and the grand national? Bit different to sting and Newcastle racecourse for fuck sake. That doesnt change the fact that you're a council-house dwelling scouse scumbag though.
  3. Anyone is a toff if you're a Scouse scumbag.
  4. I was just thinking that. 1st one looks like any other trampy skank from the Whitley Bay grime holes, wackily dressed as a school girl for her mates 40th. Keep going....
  5. Actress remix of Panda Bear http://soundcloud.com/kompakt/panda-bear-s...n-actress-remix
  6. The most powerful organisation involved is the European competition commission. http://ec.europa.eu/competition/sectors/sp...html#regulatory Interesting points under 'Competition law and the internal market', points 53 to 58 here http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getDoc...amp;language=EN
  7. Birmingham game? Hmm... Easy decision made there like. Water tested. Signs were good.
  8. Nice article in the Guardian. http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/201...ove-with-whisky That Ardbeg Supernova was incredible btw. Off to the Whisky shop tomorrow, i tried an unchill-filtered speyside from Signatory Vintage this week, think i may have to get one of those. Good value.
  9. Two positives make a negative. So I'm never too positive just in case. Maths not your strong point Tom
  10. That 2-2 we got with Edgar and Huntingdon at the back was an unexpected one. I woke up in Leazes terrace 25 minutes before kick-off with a massive hangover. Had 2 bottles of lager for breakfast and stumbled into the gallowgate. Couldnt see, so remember very little apart from Edgar's goal.
  11. 'The Alan Pardew Project' is one of the funniest thread titles on a toon board, i'll give him that.
  12. They're in fine form. Depends on who they start for the semi, there was a rare interview with Scholes in the paper this morning, he wants to start that game (and i can see Ferguson giving him a start against City) so it will be more than likely Carrick / Giggs in the middle. Rooney and Hernandez seem to be working like a dream together at the minute. Massive ask to get points but i've got a feeling we can get something from the game too.
  13. No mention of Birmingham possibly being refused entry to Europa league because of their finances?
  14. Chris Baird? More like a cross between Timmy Mallet and Mr Motivator. Happy Birthday freak!
  15. Yeah that and the Gary Numan one stood out on first listen. I thought the Weeknd album started off well but ended up sounding like some straight forward rnb shit which annoyed me greatly. I've listened to the first three or four tracks off Tomboy and it's looking pretty promising. I think Tomboy is great, really accessible and full of great production. Last Night At the Jetty and Surfer's Hymn are the ones on my playlist. The end of The Weeknd album is not so great but tracks 1 to 7 are all very strong. The RnB revival has been going on a while, i bought my brother that How to Dress Well album from last year for xmas, which is based on degraded samples from cheesy RnB. He didnt think it was any good though
  16. I like that Battles track with Matias Aguayo. Really like The Weeknd's album too.
  17. We need a French speaking left back to play behind ben arfa.
  18. Thats wrong. On all counts. You are more likely to lose through such behaviour as the judge may consider your claim as frivolous and damage your overall claim. It should be an appropriate amount, not unrealistic to support a playground-level strategy which assumes the judge is stupid enough to be influenced by the size of the claim. This is law, not swapping marbles. The 25m was an appropriate number too, since KK was brave enough to sue a football club for constructive dismissal. There may have been another club willing to take on an employee with a record of suing a club but as the act of suing marks you out, the law allows for a lifetime earnings loss claim. This part of KK's claim was not upheld, for whatever reason, meaning that this was not an equivocal ruling in favour of KK. People dont like to hear that but thats the up and down of it. Its been denied on this idea that the 25m was a tactic but as i say, thats bollocks and was made up by people to account for a detail that didnt fit their argument.

    Obama

You ask for evidence that Congress voted against Obama after 5 months of being in office, so i give it to you. You then argue that he only asked for money (i have given you a copy of his speech where he discusses more than funding) and that he wanted to be defeated. What a load of bollocks.
  20. Most of those point come after the hatred for Ashley though so you cant say they are the cause. Hughton/Pardew/Shearer/re-naming the ground/singing section are all the last 9 months in which time, i would say hatred for Ashley has calmed somewhat. The FCBGOOOC chants were gone by the time most of the events you describe happened. I agree that all the hatred stems from Keegan's departure and this idea of us being a laughing stock is a. not backed up by serious amounts of copy when Hughton was in charge and b. it being related to relegation. That season and all the events associated with it are the reason he is hated. Keegan, Kinnear, Milner, N'Zogbia and relegation. The singing section and Carroll sale/non-replacement stand out for me as pretty contemptuous since then but if you want to describe the causes of hate, its the events that precede it that are surely the most pertinent.
  21. But the number claiming job seekers allowance rose. Ergo more people went back to full time education or got too old to be included in the unemployment stats than actually found paying work. 143,000 extra employed which doesn't really tie in with that. Half of them were employed to do the census.
  22. apart from the old dear's dear, what makes it so special Chez? Marmalade apparently. I've got the recipe somewhere, will hoy it up when i find it. Thanks for not connecting the two parts of my post.
