We did a big upgrade at the Verne Citadel on top of Portland when it was changed from a Cat B prison into an immigration detention centre in 2014. The last few months we were in with the inmates who were a bit of a rum bunch to say the fuckin least. Turned up one morning and weren’t allowed in, there’d been a death. One of them had done another one of them. Was our club Christmas piss up yesterday and had lunch with neighbours today so that’s kept the now semi-permanent Mrs PL happy…got Chelsea, Luton and the mackems lined up so am not going without…
