  1. Moyes contract runs out on the 30th June as well Fuck all to say apart from "shouldnt you start looking for someone to start July 1st?"...
  2. bbc Talks are still ongoing between Man Utd and Everton over release of David Moyes; Possible announcement may slip to Friday
  3. Luke will no doubt file this misleading pile of bollocks under "not me guv, someone else wrote the headline!" http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united/10046444/Fabricio-Coloccini-admits-there-were-divisions-in-Newcastle-squad-as-David-Ginola-blasts-French-contingent.html
  4. No, and potentially yes from sonatine's link that CT, right in front of you! Thing is, you'll need one of these too if you want to watch it on tv at home, which will cost money over and above your £10 broadband and your phone line rental. Or you can go mobile, for which ot would appear you also need to be on BT broadband. If you keep your sky dish (or braodband service) it'll be around £13 a month. http://www.bt.com/sport/3-ways-to-watch-bt-sport.html
  5. Do they pay for a phoneline rental + a broadband subscription?...hardly free...
  6. If he's been up all night satisfying the desires of Tyneside's laydeeze he'll be needing his sleep...
  7. BT bought out ESPN's contract with the PL. So they then will give their customers access to live Premier League games for nothing? They said £13 a month on the radio this morning for mostly 1245 games on a Saturday.
  8. Moyes has been managing a football club up till now.... hes got to go from that to managing a "global branding recepticle" whose shares are worth (all this is according to 5live's "wake up to money" programme this morning) in the region of £2 billion, with £54 million having been wiped off its value since baconface uttered "thats all folks" this time yesterday. Thats his biggest problem iyam, if hes shite he will get less time as its such a big concern now it will be a case of "results or get tae fuck". Ferguson got 4 years to win a trophy for a football club...it would appear that Moyes will be measured very differently.....
  9. Is Moyes getting this for 18 months to see how he goes, then when hes a bit average they'll appoint a big name?...
  10. 2 each spurs and Chelsea.....don't know if anyones been watching but if we'd had Tom Huddlestone for 30 games this season we'd be 10 points better off. Like an XL Carrick...
  11. Cant see past Krul...and his understudy, for his level of experiance, has been fuckin mustard when hes played too
  12. Thats the media all over though...they think they can write what they want, when they want, without censure. When theyre criticised its the end of the fuckin world. Children mostly.
  13. Is Lukey laying it on a bit thick here? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united/10042925/Newcastle-United-suffer-another-blow-with-Moussa-Sissoko-likely-to-miss-final-two-Premier-League-games.html
  14. Jurgen Klopp is shirley the perfect oppointment for manu?....reckon hes at the same stage now as Mourinho was when he left Porto?....
  15. "international experiance" Fergie managed Scotland at the WC in 86 after Jock Stein died at the side of the pitch in Cardiff in 85
  16. I agree. Tbf, Martinez is more suited to Everton than Moyes is to manu. But Moyes dad was a coach at Drumchapel Amateurs in Glasgow when Fergie played for them. Counts for a lot
  17. Somebody will still have to convince me he's better than Owen Coyle or Steve Keen..or Paul Jewell. Or Steve Bruce. Honestly. how has he improved Wigan?....or maybe for the media he doesnt have to, because hes got a lovely accent and speaks nicely. Thats fuckin it.
  18. They formed their own club didnt they?....wouldnt put it past him like, fickle bunch... "This is the Internet. Surely we can group together and create a campaign to ensure David fucking Moyes doesn't takeover from the greatest manager in football history."
  19. He's staying as a director. That will keep the markets happy so they can introduce Moyes without too much trouble. I personally think thats a mistake like but there you go. How often are the bookies wrong?...does Mourinho or Moyes need the money from a betting scam?
  20. The record books say he is so who am I to argue?....I'm not really trying to say he's not. Am saying that theres another side to him that made it all possible which was nasty, pernicious and tantamount to cheating. The FA allowed him to get away with it. Theyre the ones to blame. You just cant sit there and trott out "greatest EV-VA!!" without taking this other side into consideration.
  21. Well you can argue with it when his acheivements are partly tainted by intimidation of anyone who had the temerity to say "no". Its like what Cloughie said when he went to Leeds..."you can take all your trophies and medals and throw them all in the bin because you've won them all partly by cheating" which as an opening gambit at a new club for a manager was suicide. Doesnt mean it wasnt right. How can we hold that fuckin cunt up to be the best weve ever had? The record books say so. Anyone who gives a flying fuck about setting standards for youngsters coming into the game and setting an example would tell you different.
  22. And he's bullied his way to a lot of that too. Are you happy with his behaviour at OT this season against us?..... He's got immense ability, am not saying he hasnt. He's also been allowed to get away with fuckin murder his entire career in England. Would I liked him to have been appointed as our manager in 1986?...fuckin right I would have, just on his record at Aberdeen. But the Seymours and McKeags thought McFaul would be about as ambitious as it got with us. So it was never discussed.
  23. He's also consulted before a lot of the useless fuckers are appointed too
