It’s a two-and-a-bit yr old game, but was a AAA on release, so I’d expect the price to have dropped significantly from release price. Are the two prices you’ve seen for the same versions, as most games now will have a “Deluxe” version, with extra or exclusive content. If that’s the case, and the higher price is for the deluxe version, see what it offers, for a game that came out in 2022 I’d expect it to have some DLC and extra missions/quests etc. Compare the cost of buying the cheaper version (without DLC), and buying the DLC separately, to the deluxe price. It’s usually cheaper getting the deluxe tbh. If none of that applies, then check reviews for the cheaper vendors, and if you’re happy, fill your boots.
