    One of my most perfect days was in fact with an ex. Spent the day in the heat on a little boat going slowly down the canal with a couple of drinks. Stopped off to start a BBQ by the side of the canal and had some great food, then sailed on somewhere to stop for the night. Was an absolutely perfect day for it, and the night wasn't too shabby either ... ahem ...

    Got back home today and hooked up the Xbox to Live again. After a ton of updates I finally get to playing Fifa online. I notice nothing has changed! Go 4-1 up as the Toon vs. Celtic and he quits >_>

    Someone should make a .gif of Barton giving the instructions at the freekick for the Nolan goal. How Liverpool didn't notice that 1. Barton was obviously making heading gestures and 2. It was going to go in Carroll's direction. Not that I'm complaining, like!

    The ref was the absolute spit of Phil Mitchell. The biggest piss take was when Torres completely miss kicked the ball and then fell over, and they got a free kick right on the edge of the area for it. What I'm not liking is the press all talking about Pardew's perfect start and how he has had an instant effect. That was Chrissy H's starting line up, and from the post match interviews you know that the players were playing for Chrissy H.

    Great result. If Ameobi won't put in the effort to impress a new manager then hopefully he will be dropped. Ranger made a massive difference just by chasing everything down, and it was a shame he couldn't get a goal for all his effort.
