Ha, Cole looked absolutely shit scared when Ameobi started shouting at him for that kick.

So many times in this game when a quick striker playing off Carroll would have put away 2 or 3.

We've got some great height in the box on corners. Really need to make use of Staylor, Campbell, Shola and Andy.

No snow whatsoever in Oxford

at his funniest on Buzzcocks, but I'm not a massive fan of anything else he's done. I did like what I saw of his TV series, though. Plus saw him live in Edinburgh a few years back and thought he was really good. He had someone heckling him and the way he dealt with it was brilliant. Each to their own! Can't find the youtube links at the minute (i.e I can't be arsed), but I spent a good amount of time watching through a Peter Kay stand up set which was just bloody hilarious.

We've got to remember that what we want to do here is stay up. Yes it would be great to finish above the Mackems and in the top half, but right now, with the lack of depth we have, anything about the bottom three is all we ask for (and was all that we were asking for at the start of the season). The win over Arsenal and the Mackems perhaps made us a little bit starry-eyed. But I agree with Khay. We've definitely seen enough of the class which should keep us up.

Shall we play 'predict the Mackem response' now then? 5-1 ffs...

Oh, then again...Maybe I gave us some luck though, so I'm just going to head out and not look at the result!

Well, that's me done for the day! Time to go do something productive.

This just proves that we need some players in in January. Missing a few key players today, and we don't have any quality whatsoever to replace them.

Missing Tiote.

Good start, but should have had a goal there.

Could always have sent them my way..! Although I would also be pushing it for time a little

I do have a crime reference number from reporting it as lost anyway. Unfortunately had already told Vodafone it was lost by then and didn't think about doing things that way round!

Going to get it for Xmas, I think. The sports games are supposed to be brilliant, and when you're living in student accommodation it will be a reet laugh to get everyone up and playing the games. Also going to try and convince myself that the exercise games are a valid form of exercise

Gunna do a nice simple Aubergine Bake with Pesto/Courgettes/Onions and topped with Cheddar and Mozzarella. Then will make some rice to serve it with. Came in well under £5

Yeah, it has more became a case of clutching at straws to see if there is any legal way of ending the contract, i.e it was mis-sold to me.
-
Was all done over the phone. Isn't there something illegal about misinforming me of the contract I'm signing up for? And I have a police reference number that I got from reporting my phone as lost/stolen, so can near enough prove that I don't have the phone any more. EDIT: The woman did say that what would possibly happen is they would lower it to 18 months and include a 'gesture of good will', but got knows what that could be...

Recently started off a new Phone contract with Vodafone. Got my new phone but unfortunately lost it a couple of months later. Now I have some shit phone and vodafone aren't going to replace my old one at all. Gave them a call to ask about cancelling the contract, but was told about having to pay the remaining months + line rental, which came to around 700 quid. But then she mentioned it was a 24 month contract, which I queried because I only ever remember signing up to an 18 month one. She told me that I had to send an e-mail with my details, which I've done, and they should be looking into it now. If it turns out that I've been put onto a 24 month contract without being informed then what are my rights? Do I have the right to cancel the contract if it turns out its been mis-sold to me?

Give Carroll 200K a week and he'd be in prison within a month.

The tuition fees aren't even seen by the student, they go straight from Student Finance to the University. The only time they will really feel the effect of it and 'see' the money is when it comes to paying it back. It is the rest of the loan that the student gets that is there for covering accomodation costs and general living. And yes, 'general living' when you're student is doing all that you mention above
