My brain is sadly going in to work mode thinking about what I've got on tomorrow The only good thing about the end of the holidays is getting back in to a routine cos I've got so much fat to lose. I reckon I've had a drink or ate a take away in 16 of the last 20 days (including the neet). My weights only went up about 8lbs but I don't feel healthy and I look like a fat bastard again. I feel mentally happy lots of good things going on, but physically dodgy and I'm not one of these body is my temple nobheads, but mid/late November I was as fit as I've been for about 8 years. Hardly any fat on me at all. So aye pleased to get back in to routine, gym every day I can, one drink a week, not even drinking at the match on Wednesday, the parties over - hello 2011. similar for me like. fuck am i bloated from eating too much. No new years resolutions except to get a new job. gotta say am not really looking forward to tomorrow at all...

trouble with taylor is his lack of pace and his inbuilt ability to lose the ball whenever he's under pressure. and the rada application. thats the 3rd handball i've seen him do and to be honest he'd be better off as an actor. in my opinion, he's a player that can perform on occasion but makes too many mistakes and isn't quite going to be there or thereabouts for a top half of the table side. he's a good cover player. not much more than that. i'd really much rather have williamson back in the side. as for simpson, he is looking like a very tidy right back. can cross a ball as well. reminds me if a young Gary Neville, in that he has all of the attributes to be a good player in that position.

my opinion on pardew is that he gets sides playing football, but often leaves spaces at the back and the teams whilst playing pretty stuff, get beaten... he's regarded by some of my charlton/ west ham supporting friends as being a good boss, who is good for team morale, but then sticks his foot in his mouth or his cock in a players wife. he's a pisshead as well allegedly. i don't think we could have got anyone worse ( except brian laws).
