4 o'clock in the fucking morning, I shudda stayed in me bed. That was humilitating to say the least. Is there anyone on this forum that thought we would lose? Lose, we were hammered. I'm glad the match was on Sunday, it didn't fuck-up my entire weekend. Where was Haidara? Jonas gave them their first goal with his errant pass and missed tackle. Shades of Benfica's second half play was a pipedream. We were out-played, out-faught, and out-scored in our own back-yard.

Big disappointment in the result but a whole lot of consolation inn the way we played, especially in the second half. Too bad we didn't get that much needed second goal, and too bad we allowed them to get that away goal. For a change I have no criticism of Pardieu's substitutions other than maybe he should of put BenArfa in a little earlier than he did. Couldn't fault his starting line-up what with our absentees. Credit to Williamson, he didn't do too much wrong and kept his end up and didn't disgrace himself. Sadly Cabaye was quite poor in his overall performence. Haidara did well for his first game back after injury. Cisse got his goal but it was them that got it in stoppage time. C'mon Sunday and Blunderland.

My fear is them getting an away goal which would nullify ours, and with Saylor now missing along with Santon our back four won't be looking too formidable. Tiote missing will also weaken the defensive backbone. I'm hoping for good things to happen.

Up until the 92nd minute I didn't think we were ever going to score, and gawd knows we had the chances. Kept thinking that even with all our possesion in the 2nd half Berbatov would screw us. Holy fucking mackeral.

Anita can and has played right back and is as much dogshit as Simpson/Wilson. Didn't Perch come to us as a full-back? and where did he play today when he came on? It is my considered opinion that had Pardieu started the line-up I proposed we would have done better than the 10 men he did start(Obertan never started)

If, if there is any disgrace to losing 4 - 0 to Man. City the bulk of it should be placed on the shoulders of Pardieu for his inept team selection. Why he started Obertan is beyond me. Why he started Jonas at left back is beyond me. Why he started Wilson is beyond me(although I did predict it) First half was awful, second half was better after changes were made.

Pardieu got this starting line-up all fucking wrong. Oberton ahead of Marveux ........RUBBISH.

Maybe Wilson will play a part?

Wigan deserved the win but not that way. First half we posed no threat at all except for 2 corners. Sloppy goal. Sissoko was a force going nowhere. Cisse is like a spent force passenger getting a free ride on the bus. Credit to Santon. Tiote ....... huh, can be brilliant, can be dreadful, and a liability to boot. Thought we were going to get a point, oh woe is me.

I understand he wants to adopt a musketeer look and is changing his name to Pardieu by deed poll.

Aw fer fucks sake, aa had just made a cuppa and was settling doon fer another 30 minutes of nail-biting entertainment and Cisse fucked it up. Brilliant. On more than one occasion Tiote was a liability, and Hedeira came close. Didn't think Santon was as effective on the right as he has been on the left. I was a bit surprised Pardieu gave Campbell 20 minutes, I was thinking more 10 mins or none. Saylor man o' the match, nee doot aboot that. Hope Cabaye will be OK for Wigan.

Phew...............we deserved the win but it shouldn't have come that late.

I've often made comments about Pardew's starting line-ups and poor and late substitutions but I've never called for his head. My comment on the Anzi match is that when I saw Pardew's starting line-up I couldn't help but think he's not trying to win this game.

Another heartbreaker. Unbelievable sloppy goal with 5 minutes to go. Cisse & Gouffran missing brilliant match-winning chances. First half performence deserved nowt. Second half performence deserved a draw. Elliot made some good saves but he was a bit sloppy too, his kicking was awful. No question we have the nucleous of a good team but they need to start gelling.

Bit worrying at times, especially when they got the early goal and then tied it up with their second. There were times they were playing better than we were especially at the start of the second half. Never mind though, it was a great result and we've moved above Blunderland. Santon did alright but he was a bit dodgy in his positional play. Jonas was a bit disappointing, I think he should be the one making room for BenArfa. Debuchy is a class above Wilson. Hip hip hooray Tiote didn't get a card, and he played better than he has been. Elliot didn't disgrace himself or let us down. Saylor and Yanga might prove to be a better duo than Saylor and Colo, and it's probably what we'll have next season if Colo's away to the pampas.

Obertan & Shola should never have set foot on the pitch. Wots wrang wi Pardoo? I thought it was a very disappointing display considering the player strength we had out there. First disallowed goal was offside, the second wasn't.

After the first half I was hoping we could hang on for a draw but we became careless and sloppy. No one played as well as they did last week with the exception of Gouffron who was looking better. Sissoko was a bit disappointing after his last week's display. Bigger doubts now about Cisse's striking ability. Jonas was poor. I thought a better job would have been done in marking Bale but man-marking seems to be a thing of the past. In my day someone would have been in his shorts for 90 minutes. Santon didn't play as well as last week. Disappointing result after the glow of last week.

Whilst I am looking forward to this match which I think we might just win, I'm not looking forward to getting up at 4-30 in the fucking morning. A ban should be put on these early-early kick-offs.
