  1. nobody should be a waste of time helping, never mind your own flesh and blood.
  2. we're not going down. It's only over-the-top over-reaction types that "know" that we're doomed. Currently we're a mid-table club, so that's where we'll end up in the league. If you honestly, HONESTLY, think that a moderate and considered view like that is stupid I'm fucking aghast. But of course, come the end of the season, I'm sure you'll be first in line to say that I was right... So because we're currently mid-table means thats where we'll end, what about two weeks ago? we were a relegation placed team. Surely under your logic that meant we'd finish there?
  3. The club are involved and in agreement with everything. Not sure what, if anything they are doing as well (although to be fair it was fairly short notice and the idea is to be spontaneous).
  4. The Bodega is open at 10, Tilleys I believe may be 9.
  5. WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE SPEECH YHBR KHITC NWAF YNWA? Your House Getting Robbed probably if it's anything to do with scousers Nah, not scousers Man U. His names Martyn (StretfordEnders on stretfordendflags.com), hes a Man U wanker and has spent a chunk of his time writing to youtube to get them to remove any videos of people singing about Man U.
  6. Tell you man, I should be rename NostrfookinDamus, two weeks ago it was "Im buying this one, we've already agreed that one, we have 15million to spend" then it became "IF I get the money" and now its turning round to be "I obviously have the money but dont want to waste it on overpriced players" yeah Joe thats fine, Id hate to see you pay over the odds for a Newcastle player and would much prefer you let the money sit in the bank. By Tuesday we will start seeing the "talk of Viduka/Given/Owen/Taylor/Harper/Butt/etc/etc leaving are rubbish, they are all happy here" kind of statements then as each leaves we will have the "it was mutual, I have my eyes on a much better striker as we speak"
  7. great, that'll do me then. Im off to the bookies now. Lets see what happens in the January window, how different will you feel if we dont buy anyone that will convinvingly strengthen the squad and at the same time sell a number of our "better" players? This season is halfway through, we are two points above relegation, the January window is the place where those that are facing the prospect of relegation will highlight their weakspots and do something to strengthen them, if we do that then I share your optimism. If we don't though (and I fear we wont) then we will have a weaker team than now but more importantly any team spirit we had will have died. It wont take much for clubs to pick us off after that.
  8. well its just taken 9 months to sort out our annual payrise which has been agreed at a wonderful 2%. Still theres less people to collect tax off these days so I suppose I should be grateful, maybe its time for a transfer to JobCentre+, probably going to be tons of overtime on there the way the country's going.
  9. What the fuck? where does racism, either casual or not come into it? I think it's just crossed wires here. Stiva thought the original bother causing the lad to get hoyed was due to the blokes racist comments because of Stevie Manning's interjections. You asking for peoples experiences of it implied to him that the NUSC intend to put up a defence of the racist. If the bloke was repressing a minority then he deserved to go, in as heavy handed a manner as necessary. Totally agree, which is why we asked for peoples views and comments rather than just diving in with 2 feet flying. From everything Im hearing so far though it appears to be heavy handed stewarding rather than fans causing bother.

  11. Ohooo someones throwing their big fat size 9s into the ring.... http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2008/de...le-michael-owen
  12. I'll tell you what that Alex is a fucking animal though, took three out at the 5 a side last time we played
  13. Good idea, can I suggest a countdown clock on your site and if they haven't got different stewards by the time it runs out then we can have a boycoutt. You could but as we've said before I wouldnt listen to any suggestion you made
  14. If everyone can email their experiences of it to issues@newcastle-united-supporters-club.co.uk then we'll happily take it up on peoples behalfs but we need as many statements as possible.
  15. Or the fact that Nicky Butt was "coming in on Monday to sign the new contract that hes more than happy with" according to JFK a fortnight ago yet lo and behold theres no sign of it so far even though Butt has been quoted as saying he wants to finish his career here".
  16. Was anyone involved in or near the incident in Level 7 this afternoon? From what Im hearing it was down to the same one or two new heavy handed stewards that were involved last week as well, anyone have any views on this or can confirm these claims?
  17. Dennis Wise is nailed on. Fucking shortarsed little dwarf cunt, its one reason to hope they get back in the Premiership, would love to see the stick he'll get.
  18. Newcastle United are still for sale but their interim manager, Joe Kinnear, has confirmed that discussions involving the owner, Mike Ashley, have begun in the event of Ashley being unable to find a buyer. Talking for the first time about the possibility of Ashley being at St James' Park next season, Kinnear said: "He's already talked to me about that, the possibility of staying on if it's not sold." When asked if he sensed Ashley was beginning to plan for the non-sale scenario, Kinnear replied: "I get that sense, I'm getting optimistic about it, let's put it that way. But you don't know what's around the corner. "He will sell it if someone comes in with the right offer. We've spoken about the future. He [Ashley] has said: 'It looks like I'm not going to be able to sell it so we'll have to start talking about next year as well.' He's talking about it in long terms, he's comingto terms with the idea that he isn't about to sell it. Therefore he wants to get back in and rebuild the club, ifyou like." How Newcastle fans, who rebelled against Ashley and his "Cockney Mafia" regime, will take these words remains to be seen. Supporters were infuriated by the treatment of the previous manager, Kevin Keegan, who is now involved in a lawsuit against the club. The expectation was that Keegan's claim would be heard in early January, but it is understood that after a preliminary hearing last week it could be March before legal arguments are heard. There is still the chance of an out-of-court settlement. "When something else is out of the way I think you'll see a different picture," Kinnear said of Ashley. "I think you'll see a different Mike when that's all been put to bed. I know it's hurting him, the position he is in, and I know he definitely wants to come back. "I think once the fans see he's prepared to invest back in the club, once they see we're improving, the team's getting better, a few more players added, it's all pluses on his side." Newcastle host Tottenham today. "Two clubs waiting to happen," Kinnear said, "if they get the backing of the owners." http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/footbal...le-1206185.html
  19. Terrible. 1/10. The media in this country are a disgrace. Stone wall fact. It doesn't bother many people but it really winds me up. I think its wank yes but for different reasons, to me they're just stating the obvious.
  20. We could do with a bit help on the following if anyone has any contacts or the like. We're trying to get a band together to play around the streets, the original thought was on the back of a truck but not sure if thats feasible in the timescales (H&S etc) but we are looking for a band. Ideally one of those trumpet (Nobby???) and the like bands so no KORN tributes etc. We're also trying to get in touch with Graham Danby the Opera bloke so if anyone knows how to contact him that would be appreciated.
  21. Worth a mention IMO Cheers for the RAWK one, been trying to get a post on for days but for some reason I seem unable to create threads and couldnt find an admin account to PM! Do me a favour and ask one of them to take a neb at it for me : I had the same issues - think they've got a thing setup whereby you have to contribute to so many threads before you can create a new one. The link is here: http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=234343.0 Aye cheers been on and replied.

  23. Well cheers for that, its much appreciated. Thing is (and this isnt me being a condescending prick as you so beautifully put it) if you think that protests will make him sell then go and do it, I'll even provide you with webspace and a site, get yourself sorted and make calls for a new protest group, make it free to join and ask all those that agree with you to turn up and help you force Ashley out. In all honesty Im guessing that Id be able to come along, pick you out of the crowd and buy you a pint (from the Strawberry not Shearers!) on match day because you'll be one of a very small number holding the bedsheet. But go ahead and do it because if you do then I will have every respect for you, simply because you got off your arse and tried. Top marks to the kidda that organised the march before the Hull game or those that refused to go into the game before it started but frankly where are they now? I havent heard anything more from these people, not because they dont care but because they realise they're pissing in the wind. Get 10k fans to join it though and then you've got yourself a proper protest. That however cannot happen overnight, this football clubs problem is that we have not had a proper supporters club up until now, that in itself though doesnt appear overnight, it takes time, sweat and toil and as has already been seen it cannot satisfy everybody all of the time. Oh and by the way, one of the main lawyers on the committee is one of the strongest voices when it comes to wanting to protest.
