  1. Or more likely it would have been keegan watching owen, given, viduka, Barton, harper and a host of others be pushed out of the door.
  2. the actions of the board since the event should have convinced even the staunchest KK critics yet it seems not
  3. And when he walked changes were made by that structure to correct the reason(s) for him walking. Thats why he came back, the board then had good enough sense to see that he was more important to the club than them.
  4. I fear he will go not seeing us get out of this mess

    Help: phbb forums

Not there on my machine either so its site specific. Ive taken a look at the code but the display of those images doesnt seem to be in the CSS so its not looking like some CSS dependent issue.
  6. I've just had a fiver on Steve Clarke at 400/1 on Betfair. Nailed on
  7. Yup, plus how much more pissed off would people be if we were in the same position with Keegan, he got no spends in January and walked on Feb 1st? Then we'd really have been in the shit, he gave the club plenty time to sort the mess out when he left, they havent done that.
  8. Can I just say that if we go down then I dont want us to come straight back up. I would hope that we'd see a period of stabilisation and rebuilding before storming the league the season after, otherwise we're likely to become a yo-yo club in the mould of the makems. I know I'll be slated for that but its just my view, I think everyone needs some contemplation time and not just jump straight back on the "when we get to Europe" wagon as soon as we've won the first half a dozen games.
  9. half of us have already committed to next seasons ST
  10. I think when you look at how shit the first half of the season has been and then imagine us in the second half without the likes of Owen, Barton, Given, Martins etc and you have to think we're fooked. Plus if JFKs Christmas talk is anything like the half time team talks then we're going to lose everything next year.
  11. I agree but we cant say that KKs a twat because of that. Whatever the reasons for going, he went. If it turns out that he was wrong then he should rightly get the blame for our current position. Like I say though Im fairly certain that will not be the case.
  12. How many times have you used the word cunt in this thread? Dont stop, I like it you like cunt yes, yes I do, dont you?
  13. I disagree. I think he might have considered it were we a top half side with KK here etc. It's not like that's not his level these days, much as a I rate him still. No I honestly thought I would have a chance but since all this shit she is too worried about whats going on at NUFC to consider an affair Cheryl would love you imo. She likes Southern dark-skinned types you forgot "gay".

  15. hmmmm an extract from Zahavi's wikipedia... In 2005 the English Football Association recommended that Zahavi be investigated for his part in the Ashley Cole 'tapping-up' affair. He was also present when then-England manager Sven-Göran Eriksson met with Chelsea owner Abramovich; Eriksson later issued a statement denying his meeting was for business reasons. Following the Lord Stevens 'bung enquiry', Zahavi was reported to be involved in "making illicit payments" on a deal involving Fabio Rochemback and fellow agent Barry Silkman. "Agent Pinhas Zahavi has failed to co-operate fully with the inquiry . There was an initial failure to disclose his involvement in a number of transfers but, more seriously, he has failed to provide the inquiry with complete bank statements due to the confidential nature of them. There has also been a lack of responsiveness by Zahavi. There remains questions relating to his relationship with, and payments to, licensed agent Barry Silkman, and with Silkman's failure to initially disclose his involvement in all the transactions in which he has received fees." Ahhhh good old honest football just what we need.
  16. More than likely. Keegan: Newcastle - resigned Fulham - offered England job England - resigned Man City - contract expired Newcastle - constructively dismissed? Bruce: Sheff U - resigned Huddersfield - sacked Wigan - resigned Crystal Palace - resigned Birmingham - resigned Wigan - ? Whether he left Fulham for the England job or not he still resigned, in the same way Bruce left Birmingham to sign for Wigan. He also left Man City before his contract expired because he'd lost the dressing room, he was planning on leaving when his contract expired in the Summer though. Ahhh so resigning because you have a new job is now bottling it eh? Where did I say that? Because the conversation is about him "bottling" the jobs, thats why Dr Ken put the list up to disprove the claims however on that logic I can see that the Birmingham one wouldnt count for Bruce either.

  18. Surely no established top billionaire businessman would be stupid enough to do that?
  19. I hope Keegan is shown up as a quitter and all of Ashley's claims are proven correct. It won't happen, but it would be FAR better for the future of NUFC. Alternatively it all comes out that it's the other way round and Ashley's position becomes untenable which would be best for the club in the long term. There still wont be a buyer though and maybe after that they will be harder to find, would you buy a football club off a man who was proven in a court of law to have lied?
  20. Actually I dont think it is, Appears to be int 'Uddersfield.
  21. Meanwhile heres the Newcastle version.
  22. I agree with the sentiment however we all know that the £8million will not be spent on players regardless. It will sit in Ashleys pocket so for that reason I would be more than happy to see KK win. Regardless however I want to see whoever is telling the truth win, that for me is more than likely to be KK therefore he deserves his cash.
